They take care of their customers. Bought a custom wedding set 15 years ago and they still cover repairs, cleaning, and yearly inspection at no cost. It's rare today to find a company that stands behind their work like they do.

Yesterday I went to Peck's to get a Citizen watch that was inoperative repaired. Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance on the operation of the watch, they advised me to try putting the watch in the sun to restore the battery and watch function. It worked and today my watch is working correctly at no charge, no pun intended! That is service you can trust!

After having a very disappointing experience from a prominent jeweler in the Bay Area, I asked my parents to refer me to a trustworthy jewelry company. My father recommended Peck's Jewelers. I brought my sapphire ring in to be repaired after I lost the baguette. I talked with Jeff and he gave me an estimate right after a couple minutes of studying it.

This was impressive from the start since the first jeweler needed it for a week just to give me the estimate. I also needed to update my appraisal for insurance purposes. I just received my ring back after a little over a week. It looks simply amazing. It's now better than it was brand new. I am truly grateful for the craftsmanship and professionalism of Pecks Jewelers and will now recommend all my friends and family to them- even if it's a bit of a drive from the Bay Area!

Contacted Jeff through Yelp and received a fast response. Told him what I needed and he gave a quote. I went in and was greeted right away. He took my watch to the back and fixed it within 5 mins. Great service, great price and very professional! Great experience and I'd recommend him to anyone.

The best decision I made before shopping for jewelry was to search for reviews and ask for recommendations from friends and co-workers. I trusted the results and found our staple in Stockton for jewelry. Thank you for helping us with our wedding rings.

Jeff IS the best! He is always helpful and honest. He was patient helping me find an engagement ring and wedding band. If you aren't aware how to find the appropriate diamond, Jeff will explain the different types and sizes. There are many awesome family jewelry stores in Stockton, but I think Pecks is the best. Many of my friends would agree with me. This is the place to go to for all your jewelry.

Jeff took great care of me on my jewelry repair. The ring turned out beautiful and was ready in the timeline promised. I'll be back for my next jewelry purchase or repair.

Peck's Jewelers is, by a HUGE margin, better than any other jeweler that I've been to in California. If you're within an hour's drive, definitely come here first! My experience with Peck's: I'm in my late 20s, and was in the market for an Engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiance!). Over the past year, I have been to 7 or 8 different jewelers in the Stockton and Sacramento areas.

I've been to probably 2-dozen in my lifetime. In December, I found myself at Peck's. Compared to all other jewelers that I visited this past year, Peck's was leaps and bounds above them when it came to service. Their prices were fair (In the Lincoln Plaza shopping center, their quote was $350 below Gary J Long, and $200 above DeVons for comparable rings).

The in-store selection was not as extensive as the other jewelers, and they did not offer a catalog. Their displays weren't "filled to the brim" with different samples either. But while prices and selection aren't jaw-dropping headliners, there are two things that put Peck's on a gilded throne above the rest: They make all of their rings themselves!

Meaning custom orders are a breeze. I showed them three designs that my girlfriend liked, and got the perfect ring designed in less than 30 minutes! (Also, with infinite designs, who cares about in-store selection!) And The owner himself is available to assist customers directly, offering his expertise in the field of jewelry and gemology without the pretentious or elitist air that many other jewelers seem to have.

Three of the four times I visited the store, he was the one serving customers directly; the one time it was an employee of his, she was very professional, although I did not have technical questions that time, so I cannot speak to her specific knowledge. All-in-all, and without being more long-winded than I already have, I would recommend Peck's as a first-stop for anyone in the market for ANY kind of jewelry. Service is on the casual side, and there was never any pressure to commit to purchasing anything. Check the other reviews too! Thank you, Jeff!

Don't waste your time going here.guy is full of shit. I brought in a brand new watch to see if they can fix the fogging, after I've had the battery changed and I was told to get a new watch because the movement is rusting and it's causing the fog! It was clear to me that he didn't want to work on my "cheap department watch" and just gave some bullshit reason to get rid of me. I guess he didn't want my business. went to another Jeweler and they fixed the problem by adding a gasket that was missed when I had the battery replaced.

I had a beautiful wedding band and I want to add two additional bands around it. I brought my band in to pecks jewelers to get this done I just picked it up and it's absolutely stunning. I've used them twice and they have outstanding service.

I was recommended to go there for any jewelry or jewelry repair. This place was dead and the guy in there was like NOPE can't adjust either of these bracelets. I will never go back.

Pecks is the only jewelry store we patronize. Jeff is awesome and is very trustworthy. That's why he gets all of our fine jewelry business. Wherever you go to purchase rings, watches, bracelets or need a piece of jewelry repaired, Pecks should be your last stop. Couldn't be happier with the experience we had with Peck's! They helped us with the perfect ring at the most competitive price in Northern California. After calling 10+ jeweler's I then stumbled upon Peck's and their owner, Jeff answered my call. Within 10 minutes of me sharing what specific ring we wished to purchase he was able to provide the most competitive price in the market.

From there we had a streamlined process where Pecks had the ring custom made in our size and set with our perfect stone. Everyone in the store had the upmost professionalism and at no point was there any push to purchase or any unexpected fees - exactly the experience I was hoping for in a Jeweler. All and all, Peck's is the perfect place to buy for wedding rings and the top provider for Coast Jewelry, and I couldn't recommend them more.

I took my Casio Alti- barometric watch in to have the wristband replaced. Apparently the screws were stripped and it took awhile to replace them. He was very patient and gracious with me when I got impatient with him, not realistically my it wasn't a simple process. He charged me a fair price. I was impressed with him, would take my watch back there in the future.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Peck's Jewelers. I have purchased many amazing pieces from them, including a custom designed, one-of-a-kind, engagement ring. Jeff worked with me on every piece (patiently, I must add) until it was nothing less than perfection. Peck's Jewelers is the only place I shop for jewelry. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I just recently visited Peck Jewelers for the first time and was surprised at how comfortable I felt in the store.nice music in the background and a friendly voice greeted me with a, "if you need any help my name is Jeff, just let me know! Wow how nice I thought to myself.none of the usual "what are you looking for, or maybe I can help! Cool. I was really just killing some time, but started looking around at some of the very beautiful pieces and couldn't stop until I went through all the display cases.

In Stockton visiting friends, I brought a watch with me as a gift for my Fiancee. Of course the bracelet was too big and of corse she wanted to wear it immediately. Found Pecks by doing a Google search. Super friendly, accommodating and they took care of our needs right away. Great staff very professional so nice to encounter great customer service.
