I was at Costco filling gas and 3 other women were filling gas as well. I needed a Jeweler to shorten moms twist watch band and did not know any jewelers in the area. So I asked all 3 which jeweler that they would recommend and all 3 responded, "PETER AND CO IN AVON LAKE." I checked only 10 min from my location so I went. Located in a shopping plaza but a corner stand alone building with lots of parking.

I parked and entered and immediately was greeted with 6 smiles. Professional, friendly, customer service everything first class. A beautiful elderly women took the watch and with minutes repaired it. In the mean time Jenna took care me. I learned that Peter and co is a local family owed business. Has a 35 year history of serving both Cleveland as well as Lorain County area.

They have a great watch collection, diamond pendents and bracelets, fantastic wedding or engagement rings and bands. It is preferred to make an appointment but walk-in are ok. If you need anything cleaned or repaired they can help. Let Peter and co be your next jewelry stop

I went to Peter & Co. Jewelers with my Gucci watch for a battery replacement. I was met by Tammy, one of the staff members who made me feel right at home right away. I was surprised at how quickly my watch was repaired. And I was quite astounded by how inexpensive the service was. I will most certainly go with my watch or jewelry needs. I have been here a few times and I have always had a pleasant experience. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door. The sales people are very knowledgeable. I have gotten a few ring sized and one ring appraised. I have always got my rings back either before the date or on the date that they said they would be finished. This is my go to jewelers and I love that I can support local.

Our experience with Peter & Co. Jewelers was fantastic! My engagement ring is beautiful, and each time I've been back in, the staff offers to clean my ring for me. When I needed to get My engagement ring resized and requested a short turn around before heading out on vacation, the staff got me my ring back within the week! The process of picking out our wedding bands was very smooth and seamless. Tammy showed us so many different options and helped us pick out the bands that were just right for us! I cannot wait to add my wedding band to my engagement ring! Excellent quality and 10/10 customer service!

Everyone I spoke with at Peter & Co. were friendly, personable and really cared about my needs. Tiffany in particular was wonderful and took excellent care to make sure I was happy. Customer service + expertise! My husband and I came in on Thursday and spoke with them about having my rings resized. Right away, Brad began to help us and took a look at my rings. We had already been to another jeweler who let us know that they would have a difficult time doing my rings and that they probably wouldn't come out the same (ex. Instead of keeping two toned metal, they would come out completely one color).

At Peter and Co. they immediately made us feel taken care of and they didn't bat an eye at the complications that had been expressed at the previous jeweler. The quote they gave us was also very reasonable and when we saw the finished product, we were amazed. My rings look like the day we bought them! And the cherry on top was that they finished them in a stunning 24 hours!

We owe a huge thank you to both Brad and Peter and Co.'s goldsmith. They finished them right before Christmas and now I get to wear my beautiful rings for the holidays. We couldn't be more grateful or impressed. They have customers for life!

Went to Peter & Company for a gift for my wife for Christmas. They never disappoint. The selection is great and can't beat the personalized customer service. So different from the chains. By the way.she loved the gift.

Awesome friendly family business. Great quality unique items for special hard to find gifts. My son's best friend's grandmother passed away unexpectedly from a rare cancer last week. Its been extremely difficult on their family with the holidays upon us. We got the kids toy dinosaurs. But found a heart shaped child's locket at Peter & Co. for his friend's sister who was extremely close and having the most difficult time as expected for any 5 years old.

She was very upset but had asked lots of good questions. Now she has something very special that will last a lifetime to keep an image of her favorite person with her at all times. Peter & Co. staff had several in stock. Was able to polish it up and gift wrap it instantly. We had lots of miles to cover with limited time. We were so happy to find this perfect present to help out in the most difficult of times.

Madison, was a pleasure to work with, I had picked out some beautiful earrings for my girlfriend with a reasonable discount as well. I later decided to exchange them to get a different pair for her and Madison made it very easy and delightful to upgrade, and she gave me a much bigger discount on the upgrade, making it easier to fit my budget. I highly recommend them, no pressure, friendly people and simply a pleasure to work with!

I patronized another jeweler in Avon Lake for 20 years who retired in 2020. I was hesitant to try Peter's Jewelers because I thought they were snobby and too name-brand conscious. Recently I had three pieces of older diamond jewelry remade at Peter's. The prices were reasonable and each piece is gorgeous. My Peter's jewelry person, Madison, was amazing.

Her communication skills are outstanding. The coup de grace was that there was an issue with one of my stones. Peter's Jewelers replaced it with one of their own at no additional cost to me! These people aren't remotely snobby, but they are trustworthy, strive to earn your business, and an excellent part of our community.

An amazing engagement ring buying experience and breath of fresh air after having terrible service elsewhere. I was immediately approached and greeted. The customer is treated like a friend or family and pampered. I was offered refreshments as the salesmen went over all aspects of my ring purchase both financially and aesthetically. A great working relationship where we crafted the perfect outcome.

I took my Omega Constellation in for a new battery. My husband and I waited rather long for the watch. Whoever changed my battery BROKE the watch! (it does not have a second hand so we did not notice a problem). I had to pay a reputable jewelry repairer hundreds, to fix it. Apparently it was dropped while the case was open, so whomever was in the back room SCOTCH TAPED the gears! Accidents happen. That's what bond insurance is for.

It is UNACCEPTABLE and UNFORGIVABLE not to have told us, then ask if we dropped it after we left the store. Integrity alert. I would never buy a piece from them. How would I know if I am being told the truth?

I have purchased 10+ items from this store. I have found the employees to be very knowledgeable and 99% of the time, the employees are perfect. I have had only one off the wall comment made to me~I thought was a little weird, but I have not seen that employee there since. I sold a piece of jewelry there and I got a very reasonable price. This atmosphere is elegant. Jewelry is of great quality.

I actually had something break and they repaired the item with no complaints. I have had push-back from Vivid in Bay Village regarding a repair before. Oh, Kleinheinz Jewelers in Westlake offered me a pittance for the piece I sold. I really do like the calls from Peter Co. I get calls when items are repaired or something I've ordered has arrived. I would recommend this jeweler. When it comes time to replace/upgrade my wife's wedding ring, I will do so at Peter & Co.

During the 4 years I lived in Ohio, I chose Peter & Co. as my jeweler. Originally, I was looking for a reputable jeweler to repair my platinum diamond ring. I took my ring to Peter & Co., because they were recommended by several trusted friends. I'm so happy I did. Peter & Co. fixed my ring, making it look like new; AND, they had such a beautiful selection of jewelry, I found myself returning again and again to buy jewelry.

Some of my favorite pieced were purchased there. Unfortunately, we had to move to California. I have yet to find a jeweler with the exceptional staff and exciting selection of jewelry that I found at Peter & Co. My experience with this company goes back several years, they have beautiful pieces and my wife wanted a special setting for her engagement ring, bought it here and had picked out a diamond at a different store (long story short Grandfather had owned a jewelry store when he was alive and she wanted to spread the wealth). The staff became very condescending to her regarding the diamond and were hounding her to purchase a bigger one owner actually said to her maybe your husband will buy you a bigger diamond next time. Very rude, and of course completely ironic as she had picked the stone out herself.

This jeweler has a nice store and carries some very nice jewelry lines. However, I had a horrible experience here recently and would not recommend Peter & Co to anyone. I ordered my fiance's wedding band here recently and told the sales associate to order exactly the same ring that is in the display case in his size. She said it would take about 1 week for it to arrive and 2 weeks go by and no call. so I called and was told that it had arrived the previous day.

I went up there to pick it up with him and it was NOT the right ring! I was told that it would take about 1 week for the new ring to arrive. 1 week goes by and I have heard nothing so I called to follow up. again, it had already arrived. I pick it up and it is the right one this time. no apology for the mistake, no discount, nothing. I am just thankful that we ordered his ring in advance, as it would have been an awful situation if we had gone to pick it up the weekend before our wedding.

I will not be going back here again for anything in the future. Instead we will be taking our business to Vivid Jeweler in Bay Village where we had a MUCH better experience with my wedding band.
