I was shopping for an engagement ring and after going many many different places, I'm very glad I went with Premier! Everyone there was friendly, Brooke educated me on what I should be looking for, and when the time came down to pick the right stone, Brooke was very trustworthy and gave me his honest opinion. Premier can work with you to get what you want and my fiance loves her ring! She gets many genuine compliments about how brilliant the diamonds look.

Premier Fine Jewelers is THE best in town. Brook and Lisa are so easy to work with. They helped my fiance pick out a gorgeous ring which I could not be happier about. I had to get my ring resized a few times and they were understanding and got it back to me quickly. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience here. First time working with Brooke & Lesa. It was a gift purchase and the recipient was very pleased. Brooke helped me find something fitting my needs. It was a bit over my budget, but the results were worth it. Lesa helped me finalize the deal. Gift wrapping and the ring box itself was a big hit as they promised it would be. Will definitely return.

Be very careful. The reason their prices are so low is because Brooke certifies the gems himself and greatly over inflates the quality and value. There is a significant difference between his appraisal and a GIA appraisal. He appraised my diamond incorrectly on both color and clarity which I discovered when I sent it out years later for a GIA appraisal.

Long story short, I attempted to sell my stone to various reputable jewelers and no one would even make me an offer. After 5 attempts, I wanted to know why, so I sent it for a GIA appraisal. The stone he appraised at 30K (I paid $22K for) turned out to be worth 8K. When I shared the GIA certificate with him he went ballistic and told me NEVER to contact him again. Always ask for a GIA certificate, and be very wary of self proclaimed gemologist experts.

My husband surprised me with a beautiful cross necklace. Nices people in the business. I'll never buy from any other jeweler store. Brooke and Lisa are the friendliest people ive met. They have beautiful jewelry.

I was looking for a jeweler that would customize an engagement ring. Due to an unfortunate situation, another jeweler recommended Premier Fine Jewelers. I stopped by and spoke to Lisa on my first visit. I left the shop feeling like she genuinely care about what I was looking for & a few different options to get our price range. We went back and got a mold made but it wasn't quite what we expected. Brook just happened to have new rings in stock & it was almost exactly what we were looking for. Brook allowed us to customize the rings to our taste with bigger diamonds, ring width, etc. Brook also worked with us and our price range which included trading in scrap gold.

I can say with complete confidence that we will never go to another jeweler. Brook & Lisa have exceeded every expectation that we had and more. I recommend Premier to anyone that has never had a personal jeweler and anyone else for that matter. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Brook & Lisa. -Chris & Angela

I had never even considered having a "personal jeweler" before meeting Brock and Lesa at Premier Jewelers. It all began when several years ago a friend bought me a present from them. Since then I have had pieces I already owned repaired. Purchased several rings, necklaces and earrings from them. The difference between the weight and clarity of their pieces in comparison to chain or department stores leaves the competition wanting.

Especially given that their prices are generally less and the quality doesn't compare. Last year I broke the stone in my favorite ring. Brock too my broken stone to the colored stone show in Las Vegas and personally found an exact match for half the price I would have paid in Fresno. Its the only jewelry store I shop at and would recommend without reservation their store to anyone interested in purchasing quality from a local family run business.

The owner is a wonderful person. On two separate occasions he has done whatever we can to fix my jewelry (didn't charge me on one of them) quick and quality. I feel like a human being and not just a number when I walk in there. This is business ownership at its finest and I will always come back for here for my jewelry needs. 11/10 would recommend

I have been fortunate through hard work to purchase some quality jewelry. I consider myself to be a competitive price and quality shopper. I have purchased several pieces of fine jewelry from Premier for over a decade. bracelets and rings. I purchased a beautiful ruby & diamond ring that my granddaughter has chosen for her engagement ring, the ruby platinum bracelet will be her wedding gift.

I learned through trial and error that substantial purchases I made at a reputable jewelry chain store on a 3 carat platinum ring and 3 carat earrings ~ 1 1/2 carat each (all GIA certified) were overpriced as I didn't understand the factors that a diamond holds it's value on, i.e. clarity vs. cut. This experience taught me to purchase jewelry from a Certified Gemologist such as Brook.

The owners of Premier Fine Jewelry, Brook and Lisa, are exceptional. They are price competitive, have an diverse selection of jewelry and price ranges & truly professionals. If you don't find the design of what you want Brook will make it for you as he did for me. As said, I'm a competitive shopper ~ money came through hard work & i want my jewelry to hold its value and be handed down through generations.

In the past, it was easy to go to a Costco or jewelry 'chain' stores. My experience tells me now when purchasing fine jewelry, make sure I purchase from from a reputable Certified Gemologist NOT a reputable chain store who has no Gemologist. I also prefer going to a family owned business rather than a warehouse or chain stores ~ my husband and I believe a 3 hour one way trip is well worth it. I highly recommend purchasing your fine jewelry from Premier Fine Jewelers ~ Brook and Lisa.

Through the years, I have learned that purchasing fine jewlery at chain stores or warehouse, i.e. Costco, isn't always a wise purchase as I don't get the quality or professional knowledge associated with buying from a professional Gemologist such as Brook. He is honest, forthright and does not apply pressure to purchase. Prices are competitive and if you don't find what fits your needs within the store, he will help design a beautiful piece of jewlery that becomes a legacy piece to hand down through generations.

I have 2 custom pieces, a beautiful diamond wedding band and a ruby bracelet that looks flawless - deep ruby with no clouding. My husband also purchased a 6 carat diamond bracelet for me. The ruby/platinum ring I bought from Brook and Lesa 15 years ago has become my granddaughter's engagement ring. We have followed Brook and Lesa from their previous location to Fresno even though it's 3 hours away.

I've know of Premier since their San Jose location. I continue to buy from them because of their customer care, fair prices and custom work. I just had a gorgeous one-off cross necklace with heart shaped emerald in the middle delivered today. OMG is it beautiful and it's absolutely one of a kind. From a sketch my girlfriend made on a piece of paper to a CAD drawing and then a wax and finally the real thing. Wow is all I have to say! It's an unbelievable piece!

I am super happy and girlfriend is thrilled! Customer service is second to none and custom work is highly recommended. I've also bought a custom wedding set and had a family heirloom ring re-sized by Premier all done right and made to last. Thanks for being a business that continues caring about service and quality.

A few years back, had a battery replaced in my watch and they took care of me quickly and the cost was quite reasonable. Recently I took a gold neck chain in with a warn out clasp to have that repaired. I was charged $90.00, was not told of the cost until I picked it up. my fault for not asking in the first place, would have never had it repaired there. get your estimate up front.
