Walked in to try on some different Rolex models while I was in town. I was greeted immediately by Corey who cheerfully showed me 4 or 5 different models and shared some of his passion for the brand. A Tudor caught my eye in another case and I ended up purchasing it. It was a great experience and Corey took great care of me. They totally earned their 5 stars here! Thanks!

My girlfriend and I went in here to just get information about engagement rings. Rachel was immediately so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The kind of experience you would hope for when shopping for a token of your love. We ended up finding an amazing ring out of the vintage collection and left with our hearts full. Very welcoming staff! Was first introduced to Carrie Cramer who walked us through some initial options for rings, she was very pleasant! Was able to make a quick stop in to find the right gem with Chad Cramer and he helped tremendously I'm finding the right stone! The best part about this jewelry store is the staff. I am visually impaired and need to talk to people and the staff here are very accommodating both to my likes dislikes timeliness and preferences. I have been able to provide people in my life unexpected gifts because of the servant behavior of all of the staff. For example they were able to clean and replace the batteries on a Winnie the Pooh watch that I had found and on my way I stopped by to see if it was done early and it was and I was able to give it to my next-door neighbor shortly before she died and she refused to take it off.

You said she was turning 100 in a couple weeks and I thought I would surprise her with a surprise early birthday present. And it worked out perfectly because the watch now is still on her wrist in a cemetery and it keeps on ticking. So thank you so much, especially Lindsay who for some reason make sure that I'm waited on when I wander in the store.

I went in to have some lose pearls strung for my daughters wedding and Carrie's expertise was extremely helpful in selecting the right design & style that will work for the size pearls I have, and also fit my daughter's elegant simplistic style. The turn around time is very quick and the pricing was more than reasonable. She also took the time to fix a bent ring, clean my wedding ring and confirm the value of a few other pieces that I brought in, none of which were even purchased there, at no charge.

I know where I'm sending my husband for any and all future jewelry purchases. hopefully starting with a gorgeous custom fit eternity band for our anniversary that I saw there.

The employees at Moeller are the best, and I've always been happy with the items I've purchased. One thing I noticed when I was there the other day was how many long-term employees work there. I've been seeing the same people for the last 15+ years. That tells me something because that means the employees are happy. No wonder they're able to deliver a top notch customer service experience.

I'm new to Twin Cities and needed an authorized Rolex dealer for service and repair. Friendly staff, great service. Also had another watch battery replaced while I waited. I was scared To send my Rolex in for repair. I thought oh man what are they gonna come Up With for hundreds of Dollars of repairs. But instead I Chad! He let Me Know the minute it was received. A couple days later he let me know they were going to check It out. Then he let me know the watch ran great and the repair was minor. He said the watch was beautiful and he'd have it back to me asap.

So today I'm waiting for the UPS delivery and so relieved. Chad was kind, empathetic and funny. This is my first and hopefully only Rolex. Big purchase and searched high and low for the exact model I wanted. What a great guy and jewelry store! Honest and fast. Thank you so much.

I came looking for help with multiple ring settings and resizing. Patrick was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me with all of my questions. I had two rings enlarged. I had a diamond from a family wedding ring removed and reset in another updated ring. I had a semi-precious topaz placed then in the family wedding ring. Patrick was willing to see if they could polish a stone in another antique ring and kept me up to date with all of the progress.

I was especially pleased that they were able to save the inside engraving on my wedding ring when it was resized. I had all of this work done for under $600 and was thrilled with the service from beginning to end.

This place is quite unwelcoming. Everyone working there is so stuck up. They look suspicious of people coming in to just take a look at their jewelry. The service is not only customer unfriendly, but not so attentive to their customers either.

Decided to shop to get something special for my lovely wife for our 25 year anniversary. I stopped at 3 businesses before going into Moeller on Ford Parkway. I was greeted a smile, asked what I was looking for. Facility was spotless, employees all courteous and never once did I feel pressured or oversold! The quality of everything I looked at was wonderful and many breathtaking! I would go back in a heartbeat! Great place and Nancy was a treat to deal with!

I visited the St. Paul store on Ford Parkway and was greeted by a very friendly staff person (Tom), who was eager to help, but not pushy in any way. I was casually looking for a new automatic men's watch. Tom gave me a tour of their collection, which is covers 4-5 brands, mainly Rolex and their sister company Tudor, Tag, Shinola and Raymond Weil.

The watch styles were fairly standard, so it didn't appear they are going after a younger audience (other than Shinola). I was looking for a skeleton dial, which they had none. Tom allowed me to test out several watches, and gave me some interesting history on Rolex. I wasn't ready to drop $5-10k on a watch, so continued on my day. Great service, I just wish they had a wider selection.

I stopped in to browse wedding rings to replace the one I lost (in reality, I hid it and now cannot find it) and was essentially completely ignored by the sales staff. No "hello", no "thank you, come again". Nothing. That alone convinced me not to spend several thousand dollars with them. I wanted to spend this money locally and will do so only with a store that displays basic common courtesy to potential customers.

Can't say enough good things about this place. We purchased our wedding rings here over 10 years ago after exploring some other places as well. For the past 10 years they have been great in taking care of us and making sure our rings always look perfect with free cleanings and minor repairs. For the last service we dropped of our rings for some service work and Mr Moeller himself delivered the rings to my work to save me the time of driving in during rush hour. Where else can you find that kind of service?

I went in knowing exactly what i wanted and had an idea of how much i was going to/wanted to spend (claddagh ring with a diamond/emerald in place of the heart). Matt (coincidentally) was my salesperson. Listened to me for about 3 seconds before realizing i wasn't screwing around and pulled up their manufacturer website to show me what they had available.

He ended up ordering the two that i liked best and had both ordered in, fast forward ~1 week. Me and the soon-to-be's best friend go in to look and decide on one, reasonable price for a white gold claddagh. Their jeweler cuts the heart out and places a CZ in place due to an impending trip abroad and not wanting to carry around a brand new white gold ring with a big stone.

If the ring were the only factor in her saying "yes" i think it would have worked out perfectly. I love the customization and the ring. Matt was helpful but nothing too special, considering the circumstances I'm sure he loved me as a customer.

For years I have been coming here to get my watch battery replaced. Once I had my watch overhauled thru them (it had to be shipped out of state for the factory service) since their watch maker, Chad, had advised me there was a leak in the seal and they did not do overhauls on my brand of watch. I have even brought in some pieces of jewelry I no longer wore to sell to them and walked out with a check in hand and feeling like I got a fair price for the items.

Just this past weekend, I noticed my watch had stopped. It was exactly one year ago that I'd had the battery replaced for $25. I called the store to report this and was told to bring the watch in - they'd take care of it, no charge. So, I did. Lindsey had the task completed within 10-15 minutes and Carrie happily assisted us while we browsed some beautiful timepieces and sipped some wine (complimentary).

She offered to clean my ring for me (I handed it to her immediately). She brought it back to me a few minutes later, all warm and sparkley, and said that all the stones are secure in their places. I really had a fun time while in there and spent no money.

After such a great experience with finding the perfect setting for my engagement ring, I was a little disappointed with how looking for a wedding band went with R.F. Moeller. We were given a rough price estimate on a band from the same line as my engagement ring setting in yellow gold. After a month and a half the band came in white gold. When we expressed that we'd like to see it in yellow gold before making a purchase we were told that they could arrange that or even have it made if necessary.

Another month or so went by and it came in yellow gold and considerably higher that than the original estimate we were given. Our salesman assured us there were options to make the band less expensive in design. After 4+ months of back and forth and periods of being forgotten about I was eventually told that that the options after all wouldn't make the ring any less expensive.

As I'm sure it traditionally goes, my husband's wedding band shopping experience was nearly effortless in comparison to mine. He found a ring that he liked in the case at R.F. Moeller. It came within 2 weeks. He had it re-sized and ready for pick up within a few days after that.
