My mother has a loan with them, I been helping her pay it. She always pays early and usually on Sundays. This time her loan was due on Sunday. To our surprise they were closed. I emailed them and sent a text message. No call back or response so I called back today, they decided to charge her $30 fee because her payment was due 8/16 and although they were not open all they said was she could have paid it before?
I said I understand she could have paid it before but she has until 8/16 to pay and can't pay if your closed, also no option to pay online either. Needless to say they have horrible customer service she has done business with them for many many years and they did not care about her as a customer and loyalty. She will be paying off her loan and never do business with them again!

For being a pawn shop, the jewelry and display setup they have is very impressive. They offer a surprisingly wide selection of jewelry for both men and women and you can ALWAYS catch a good deal. I wanted to get a new watch so I stopped in and sure enough, I was able to find a great deal on a lightly used Rolex that I loved!
