This is absolutely the best experience i have ever had in any type of jewelry store. i lost an earring that my boyfriend gave me from here (the back was loose) which i mentioned in the question i asked on their website, i asked if i could replace it, they answered immediately with so much help, i went into the store seeing if i could purchase a new one, a woman already had them ready for me with new earring backs, she gave me a brand new pair with no charge. i am amazed and definitely will be going here again! :)

I am so thankful to Joanne at Trinity Diamonds for her honesty and integrity. Not only did she send me back to the original store for my money back (they failed to actually tighten the diamond on my wedding ring), but the cost for tightening, repair, and sizing of both of my rings was 22% less than the big box store was going to charge me.

I have just received my 20 year wedding anniversary ring that Trinity made for me. It is SO beautiful! After visiting all the other stores in town I can say Trinity is the best. This little store stands above the rest in a town full of jewelers. It is tucked away in a corner of a strip mall, no flashy signs or advertising. Awesome word of mouth is all they need. I went there with my now husband a year ago looking for our wedding bands. They were super friendly and never once pushed us towards the most expensive bands.

We then spent the next year going to other stores, all over Etsy and online and ended back where we started. I found a perfect band to match my engagement ring and my hubby had a ring custom made that was better than anything we could find anywhere else. Great store and great ladies running the place. I have a beautiful diamond ring that I could no longer fit on my finger. Because of the style of the setting, everyone was telling me I could not have it sized and that I needed a new setting. I remembered Trinity Diamonds as a sponsor for our non-profit Fashion Show. I went in and met with Joanne! I explained my situation and my budget and she assured me that they could handle my situation. And that she did. My ring is stunning and it fits beautifully. Bought an engagement ring with a moissanite stone from trinity diamonds and they were extremely helpful! They tailor to your budget and didn't try to push me a ring that was out of my price range. My fiance love her ring!

I can't say enough great things about the girls here. I must have looked like a lost puppy going in for an engagement ring. They made me feel like an old friend from the moment I stepped in the door. The selection is endless thankfully they helped me pick the right ring at the right price. After shopping around for a week this is the best value by far.

I was looking around town for a jeweler to get a custom engagement ring. After searching all of Tucson, I came across Trinity Diamonds. Joanne walked me through the pros and cons of the different cuts, the clarity differences, and the price difference between each diamond. She was able to find something around my budget. She ordered the diamond and the following day she took a look at it to make sure it was up to her standards.

I came in shortly after to make sure I was happy with the diamond. We looked at different settings/rings and found something that was stunning. She then had everything custom made in a timely manner that I needed the ring in. Overall Trinity Diamonds made a stressful thing like ring shopping, a smooth and enjoyable process.

I didn't know how much I was going to enjoy shopping at Trinity Diamonds until we walked through the door and met the friendly staff who were more than patient with our indecision when shopping for an engagement ring. They helped my girlfriend narrow down a few choices of setting style and then I came in to select the customized version of what I wanted to be our engagement ring.

They were very knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. My girlfriend was interested in pursuing a Moissanite stone due to a variety of reasons and they had all the information to put me at ease in selecting this stone rather than a diamond. They even willingly participated in an elaborate ruse I had devised to help throw my girlfriend into utter confusion and make the proposal a true surprise.

I was looking for a fairly specific and slightly unusual engagement ring: white gold, interesting/unique setting, and a yellow sapphire main stone. Everyone I spoke with in the store was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I dealt primarily with Joanne and Jennifer, who both went way above and beyond for me! I fell in love with a setting on display in the store, and they ordered it for me in white gold, and Joanne ended up scouring a gem expo for the absolute perfect stone.

Everything was either within the time frame they quoted me, or earlier. My fiancee couldn't be happier with the ring, and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Trinity Diamonds. They were the first store I visited, and even as a cautious buyer, I felt no desire to look anywhere else. They are fantastic!

Wow! Even before meeting Heather she was incredibly helpful. She sent me pictures and model numbers of rings in styles I was interested in. When I finally came to the store we were handed water bottles and had the undivided attention of three people. This was a very positive experience in stark contrast to Jared, where the salesman gave up on helping me within 7 minutes. Heather took the time to explain the pros and cons of each setting and metal type.

She even recommended some band pairings. I also really appreciate that she was conscious of my budget as she cut me some deals, especially since they still had discounts on from the gem show. I highly recommend Trinity for their personalized customer service. Don't even bother with any other jeweler in Tucson!

Wow! I've worked with Krikawa in the past, but now I know better. Joanne and Heather came to know my fiance and I by name and treated us like family every time we walked in the door. (They even recalled the names and details of my friends who had referred us to them, over a year later.) I was able to create the engagment ring of my dreams at an astonishingly good price.

They shared their expertise in diamond shopping to ensure that we didn't overpay for a diamond or wind up with something subpar. They even helped us out with insurance paperwork. Don't go anywhere else!

This is not a typical jewelry shop. When I walked in, it felt like I was in a mom and pop shop (which I like). I was greeted right away by Heather and Joanne who were amazing! I signed up just to post this review. Joann and Heather have been exceedingly wonderful to me and my Fiance. It started with the ring they helped him design which he proposed with. Other than knowing vintage, silver color band, and yellow diamond, my fiance went into the shop blind, and these ladies were able to help him design a ring that melts my heart every time I look at it.

Since then, he has bought a fashion ring to surprise which again was completely on mark. To return his generosity, the girls and I worked on developing custom cuff links with yellow sapphires and vintage looking etching. I gave them a tighter budget but the outcome was grand. I am always treated warmly and excitedly when I walk in, and they recall even the slightest details about us. I am really excited to work with them on my wedding jewelry, and bridal party gifts in the immediate future but also for as long as we able to buy jewelry
