We recently purchased a gold chain with pendant. In less than a month of wearing it broke in three pieces with a normal use. I was informed that it can be only fixed in India. So, it is left to me to figure it out. Poor quality product and even poor customer service.

We have very bad experience with Raj jewelers. We happened to buy a gold chain and a silver plate for our infant. Silver plate was charged way too much and we realized it after going home. We called to exchange that for some gold item and they flatly refused. Even though it's clearly mentioned on receipt that they do exchanges before 20 days. The reason they gave for not exchanging is DUE TO COVID THEY EXCHANGE GOLD BUT NOT SILVER. That's such a lame reason to give. They are very greedy people who run the business unethically. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY.

Raj Jewelers was an amazing place to shop at, the customer service was excellent and very welcoming. The store had lots of gold jewelry designs, and you can definitely find what you are looking for. They have a very reasonable price too and would definitely shop there again!

They have a good collection of gold but I had a bad experience with their repair services. I asked them to replace Indian style earring posts with thinner screw ones. They took so long to complete the job, then finally the new posts were too thick for my ear holes! I called them to see if I could get some money back or if they could fix it but Raj refused both options.
