My husband and I visited the store today for the first time. He needed a new battery for his Movado watch. They serviced it immediately and we were on our way. My wife wanted to have her anniversary ring upgraded. We originally brought her anniversary ring from Jayne. We were so pleased with Jayne's customer service and she genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase we decided to return to her to change the setting and upgrade the ring. She did a wonderful job in helping my wife select a new ring which she loves.

When it came time for our daughter to get married we sent her boyfriend to Jayne to help him select her engagement and wedding rings. We couldn't be happier with her assistance and suggestions and would highly recommend Raymond Jewelers.

Sales associate Brandy Senn truly went above and beyond in helping me find the right engagement ring.

I already knew the designer setting that I wanted, prior to coming into the shop. Brandy was patient, attentive and understanding of my needs. She provided the necessary guidance and expertise to help me select the best diamond to pair with my choice of Verragio setting. I gave Brandy my criteria and budget that I wanted to stay within. From there she helped by selecting several GIA certified stones that she had specially delivered to her store.

The final result. a beautiful stone that far exceeded my expectations and stayed within my budget. She was never pushy or suggestive of anything that didn't fit my needs or budget. It was nice to have a young professional woman's opinion on this purchase decision and she was there to help every step of the way. I feel confident that I got great value on my purchase and I had a very positive experience purchasing through Brandy.

I had the tremendously wonderful experience of doing business with Brandy Senn! It has taken me some time to write this review simply because I haven't found words adequate enough to express how amazing my experience was. I ordered my wife's engagement and wedding bands from RLJ and although they were gorgeous they were slightly off. I contacted Brandy hoping something could be done, and her energy and level of professionalism vastly exceeded my expectations!

She treated me as if I was family and the rings her own. Brandy contacted Gabriel and Co., the designers of the ring set, and had the rings shipped to NY to be redesigned and fixed by, again, the actual designers of the ring! She messaged me every few days whenever there was an update on the status of the rings. You could tell though that she diligently pursued the designer to ensure my wife and I were satisfied.

I received the rings and they were radiant, glowing, and perfect! Again I don't have words adequate enough to articulate just how impressed and honestly amazed I am with how Brandy Senn treated my family. RLJ will definitely have my business for generations, thanks to the love and professionalism we received from Brandy!
