Salesperson extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were even open Christmas Eve afternoon. Gave me 10 days to return or exchange jewelry. She was even able to look back through their records and tell me the size ring to get for my husband, after 10 years. Upon my return the salesperson recognized me from across the jewelry showroom and quickly came to help, even remembering my name. Thank you Rudy's!

Every single time I walk in the doors, it is the same. Pleasant people who want to help you. Yesterday, I went in for two reasons. I have an older watch, perhaps 40 years old, that needs the band repaired/reassembled. One of the newer associates (you told me your name and I can't recall) who was incredibly pleasant took the watch and had the jeweler look at it. Unfortunately, it was beyond the ability of Rhudy's to repair it as it was missing parts required to reassemble.

I get it. BUT, they immediately recommended me to a place they have confidence in to take a look at the watch. The second reason was to get my wedding band resized. That took exactly no time flat and it came back perfectly sized and polished to look brand new. I truly appreciate the staff and their collective expertise.

I'm so glad I went to Rhudy's to buy an engagement ring. The staff were all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The showroom had a great selection and they were able to order in a stone for me that was exactly what I was looking for. It turned out great and the whole experience was positive and easy. 10/10 would recommend!

My fiance and I went to a high end jewelry store in Wilmington and revived ATROCIOUS service. Rhudy's was recommended to us and Rhudy's did not disappoint. Maria was EXTREMELY helpful and her and the jeweler went way above and beyond anything we expected. We combined our mothers' rings and Rhudy's provided service like we've never received before. We will use Rhudy's for all our jewelry needs for the rest of our lives. I recommend them to everyone.

My fiance went to this jewelry store to get the heritage ring reconstructed like new for me for when we got engaged. It was so beautiful and looked brand new even tho it is a very old ring. Then we went there and shared that we wanted our wedding bands to be non-conventional and designed with our own ideas and yet still quite affordable. They exceeded our expectations. Brett was so so patient with us as we sent him design and drawing ideas and he made the computer and wax model so accurately. Joseph made the rings so beautifully out of the metal. Honestly we got our personalized dream rings that we didn't know was possible to have at an affordable price.

They are kind and honest here. And I know our rings are unique and can't be found in any jewelry store. It feels like our personalities shine thru the rings and the fit is perfect!

Very clean and professional establishment! I loved their jewelry showroom. John and the staff were very helpful in showing me their selection of upscale watches. Long story short, I found an amazing TAG Heuer watch at a great price. They also had Rolex and Citizen watches that were amazing!

Rhudy's Jewelry is alway a delight to visit. The CAD programmers and jewelers design quality pieces that can be treasured for a lifetime. Brett designed a custom cat charm to go on a gold chain of mine. I was delighted have an exact replica of my beloved cat. Thanks Brett!
