I brought my engagement ring into Richard's to have the diamond reset into a new band. The diamond belonged to my grandmother who recently passed. I worked with Elizabeth to choose the perfect setting for the diamond. She was so helpful throughout this process! 24 hours later I received a text that the ring was finished. I couldn't believe it! I could not be happier with my experience at Richard's and I absolutely love my ring! Highly recommend Richards Jewelers!

I walked into Richard's Jewelers today with a broken clasp on my favorite chain. They fixed it right on the spot. They were helpful courteous and efficient.

I brought my 3 rings to be resized, prongs redone and appraised. I couldn't be happier. They told me I might not have them until after the new year, I was okay with that and then I got the call that they were ready! The rings look and feel great on my finger! Thanks!

A family member referred me to Richards Jewelers as they had a really good experience with them. When I walked in was greeted by the staff immediately and they made me feel very welcome. I had multiple things I wanted to accomplish at my visit. My wedding and Engaged ring setting had broken Over time as well as a mother's ring. It was time for new settings.

In addition, I was handed down rings from my mother And wanted them unsoldered and resized to fit me. I also had a ring with a damaged birthstone and wanted to replace it with something different. The staff worked walked me through many options and discussed pricing so there were no surprises. We came up with a plan for all my jewelry and I left it in their hands.

They gave me a date and delivered two weeks sooner. I was very impressed with the attention I was given. I picked up my jewelry last night and I couldn't stop smiling. I'm so pleased and highly recommend this jeweler. A special thanks to Alena. She is wonderful. Thank you, I'll be back!

I was looking for a ring for my wife and I went in and met Mike. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He spent quite some time with me showing me a lot of different rings until I found the exact one I was looking for. He is absolute great guy and I will be sending everyone I know to him for their jewelry needs. Richards was wonderful for both me and my fiance's engagement rings. She found mine in-store and I found mine online with help from Mike. He was wonderful. He taught me everything I needed to know about rings and how to choose the perfect one for my fiance! I wouldn't trade this experience for anything and I can't wait to go back for our wedding bands.

I've taken two rings here to be resized, and I had my watch battery and band replaced. Every time I've gone in, the staff at Richard's has been super friendly and helpful. There hasn't been any pressure to buy anything unnecessary, which I really appreciate. They do timely, quality work at reasonable prices.
