We used Robert Haack for both our engagement and wedding rings. We worked with Leslie to find the perfect rings. Leslie was incredibly welcoming and worked to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted. While creating a custom ring, Leslie kept us informed of every step in the process. Working with Robert Haack diamonds was so easy and made this experience a pleasure.

Becky was amazing! She was incredibly helpful to my fiance and made him feel comfortable with his purchase for my engagement ring. We went back for wedding bands and met with another associate; unfortunately that experience was less positive. Becky more than made up for his less-than -optimal customer service. She made sure we got what we needed and she was more than willing to make it right however she could if it wasn't correct. Becky was pleasant, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. 5 stars!

Dawn and Walter did such a great job creating my engagement ring! They were respectful of our budget while also offering everything imaginable to cater to our taste. They made the experience special and made us feel welcome. We can't wait to pick up our unique custom piece! Thank you!

I went in with the sole purpose to get a ring appraised and walked out with a diamond bracelet! I was browsing on the way out, but wanted to price out my jewelry bucket list. Leslie was extremely helpful and patiently went through the various options. Although a 2 carat bracelet had been a dream, I left with a very beautiful 1 carat bangle style bracelet.

I never would have tried that style had Leslie not taken the time to show me the various styles, cuts and color. I love it! Thank you Leslie for making the experience an awesome one. "Take that item off your list and put it on your wrist!"

Don't let the name deter you, they are IMPRESSIVE! No one would clean my studs because they were lower grade metals (who doesn't have those these days) and we're so respectful and helpful. Will be buying here in the future!

Always a pleasant experience. Stopped in to check my ring felt like a prong was bent. All good checked all the diamonds and cleaned it up. Looks fabulous. While there I was looking for a peridot ring. Found the perfect one. Thanks Leslie

The lady was very nice and patient with me. found the perfect stone for an engagement ring but they had to special order the band. I expected it to take a few weeks which was fine, called to check on it about a month in and the guy who answered the phone seemed really annoyed that he had to go check since the original lady who helped me wasn't there at the moment. he picked the phone back up and said no it's not here. long story short i never got a call back letting me know the band was in and i'm not gonna keep calling and asking. so you guys just lost a $6000 sale. i'm in sales. follow up with your customers it's your job.

It started with me using the text message feature on their website, in which I got immediate responses that were from an actual person working there. When I came in the store, the kindest, and most patient saleswoman greeted me and spent what felt like hours searching for the perfect promise ring with me. I gave her an almost impossible budget to work with.

She patiently searched almost every display case until we found exactly what I was looking for. She guided me on diamond clarity and value, helping me find the best option possible. Every employee there was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Even though I wasn't spending thousands like I am sure many do, they treated me like I was.

It wasn't just a transactional experience, it was a shopping experience that exceeded my expectations on every level. The prices on all of their jewelry were very reasonable and they have a huge variety of rings for every budget and personal expression. I will be back for all future jewelry purchases and recommend them to everyone I know. It was worth the 45 minute drive there!

I recieved great service from a very friendly staff that never tried to force a purchase. I was looking at the necklace for weeks and and when I finally decided to get it, I had forgotten they had a bundle discount. I went in a few weeks later and saw the bracelet and they offered me the bundled price even though it had been quite some time later.

The gold smith is knowledgeable and very accommodating. These are the first jewelry purchases I've made for myself, and I would go back to this location first if I ever choose to buy anything else in the future. I recommend highly that if you're considering jewelry just go in and talk to them, they're professional and never try to make you buy.

I was very pleased from start to finish. They were professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and also sent me on my way with a beautifully polished and buffed ring. I hardly remembered that it could look as beautiful as it did! I would definitely go there again for my jewelry or estate needs.

I just discovered Robert Haack Diamonds this week and I absolutely LOVE the company. The owner, Brett, and his staff are patient and personalize the shopping experience. I've gone back four times in a week and. I bought 8 pieces and counting. I don't think I'll shop anywhere else for my jewelry again. The deals are so great, but the people-centered atmosphere keeps me coming back. The way a company treats you is important. Thank you for making me feel like family . I'll be back soon!

Simply after reading the reviews and how they blame the customer for their mistakes or even make excuses for carelessness, this is a place I would certainly not conduct business with.

I love this store. The staff was pleasant. Didn't feel pressured at all. I think they are the only store that wants you to shop around before selling. Next time, I am going to buy something there!
