I have been to Robert's jewelry store for years and have never had any issue. Priscilla has never rushed me out of her store.in fact she had taken the time to look up and show me the items I was looking for even if I didn't order something then.to the person who complained about showing up at 530-540, when she said she closed at 6.why would anyone show up that close to closing if you had really wanted to do anything. Just about everyone who works is ready to go home at the closing time or end of their shift

Went to go buy some gold and silver bullion with my son today. Was told by the woman working that they do not display any coins/bullion. When I asked what they had available, she was very unhelpful and ending up telling me sorry I can't help you. This is after they were closed until after 2pm when their hours on the internet say 9am open and a hand written sign says 1pm open. Wasted lots of time trying to do business with these guys just to end up turned away and disappointed. Would never recommend and will not return.

Very nice Christian owners; local business. I feel like I was fairly treated in selling some scrap gold here.

1 of my pizzas was way under cooked and my Hershey brownie was a bit gooy. Did call and got a credit but was a bit disappointed. Usually spot on

Their google hours state they are open until 6pm Monday-Saturday and that they are only closed Sundays, however, I drove all the way from Autryville, NC (45 minute drive) just to find out that they're closed on Saturdays and Sundays unless you have an appointment. BAD BUSINESS in my opinion. Need to have more accurate information listed upon the MOST USED SEARCH ENGINE upon the web.

They were nice and helpful and I paid almost half what I was quoted at other places. Highly recommend!

My initial contact with Roberts NC gold came in the form of a phone call. I inquired about them buying loose diamonds, to which I was told they did. I also asked what time their location closed and was informed 6pm. After leaving work, I arrived at Roberts at approximately 5:35-5:40pm. I walked up to the entrance, attempted to open the door only to find it was locked.

There was however, a woman sitting at the reception desk, on the phone, who held up a finger in a motion for me to wait one moment. I stood outside for approximately another 5-7 minutes before she came and unlocked and opened the door. At that point, it was greatly apparent that she was aggravated by my arrival within such close proximity to her closing the shop.

I could tell this by the expression on her face and the way she glanced at her watch upon my entering, making almost an expression of disgust. It was then I had explained that I called earlier in the day to confirm their buying of diamonds, and started to retrieve the diamonds from my purse. I recall asking a couple questions and was only given back single word answers as the disgusted expression reminded plastered to her face.

Once I handed her the diamond, she immediately looked back to me and saying, "this isn't real. I can tell by te weight alone that a diamond of this size would weigh more than what this feels." I was completely blown away by how immediate she was to dismiss me and my business. I then snapped back, "well how about you actually weigh it and look at the diamond like a professional jeweler would." It was then she grabbed the headset which enables a magnifying view, put it on and proceeded to tell me that it was in fact not a real diamond but a Swarovski crystal.

I reiterated to her that I performed all the tests online which help to decipher a real diamond from a fake, and how each and every one of them concluded that this was in fact real. I once again was dismissed, to which I secured my stone and left the premises. In my opinion, this woman is the definition of unprofessional and has no business running an establishment that has any type of contact with the public.

She clearly didn't want to have to stay a single second after 6pm which she made quite apparent. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and sold my "Swarovski crystal" for $3200.
