I had my ring sized and they also found the prongs on the diamond had to be replaced. I left the ring and was supposed to pick up 10 days later. 5 days later I got a call that a bunch of the small diamonds were loose and had to be tightened. I approved. We were going to be leaving on vacation and I really needed the ring back. After two more weeks I called and it was going to be at least another week before it was ready.

I let them know I was going on vacation and they agreed to put a rush on it. The ring is beautifully shiny and the new size fits well. I'm very happy with the way it came out. My only concern was that it took quite a long time to get it finished but in the end the price was decent the people were very nice and the ring looks great! I gave a five star review for the rush and how it looks. I would really have preferred not to be out my ring so very long but all in all it was a good experience

The sales people here are amazing. This is the only jeweler I have and ever will buy from. I was actually running late and they kept the store open for me to make sure my wife had something beautiful for her birthday.

Roper's is the best! Peggy designed a very unique mother's ring for me. She was very patient and really wanted to know what I was looking for, then designed the most stunning ring. It's *absolutely breathtaking* and like nothing I've ever seen before. The price was surprisingly reasonable, especially for such a unique custom piece.

I brought it in the first week of December and they had it completely done well before Christmas! (New prong, built up channels) They have exceeded all expectation! It looks like a brand new ring! Very nice and helpful. Was looking for something small for my twin daughter's 21st birthdays and they showed me some cute choices. Also when I picked up the rings she wrapped them beautifully.

My boyfriend surprised me with a necklace from this store. I wasn't in love with it so we decided to take it back and find something else. When we explored their other inventory, I didn't find anything I liked so my boyfriend asked for a refund for the product. They said they issued us a refund but when we checked our bank account they had actually. DEBITED the cost of the necklace a second time!

When I called the store the man said he was the manager and so I proceeded to tell him what had happened. He then stated he actually wasn't the manager and that the owners weren't in yet. He said on their end everything had been refunded and that I should call my bank. I called my bank who then.

Laura has been absolutely amazing! From restoring family pieces to changing newer finds to suit my needs, and often with less time then I'd expect, every piece of jewelry I take to them ends up crafted perfectly! In addition to the superior customer service and craftsmanship, all repairs are done on site, so your pieces aren't shipped off site, a safer feeling for me!
