I went to several jewelery stores in the low desert looking for a ring for my wife and M. Ruiz was my favorite by far. Marc helped us and made us feel like our business was appreciated. Though he and other staff were busy he took the time to find the perfect piece. My wife loves it and I will definitely be back for gifts. 10/10 definitely recommend a visit if you're in the market for any occasion. Service, value, selection exceeded expectations.

I have an multi-gem ornament that needed repair and had asked Michael at Ruiz if they might be able to do the repair. When I brought it by to show him, he pointed out that the gold chain needed to be glued and there was a better place to have that work done. He walked me down the mall to a shop that does multiple types of repairs and showed the gentleman the problem.

Problem solved, and I am so pleased that it can be repaired. I commend Michael at Ruiz for not just dismissing me but walking me to the other shop and explaining what needed to be done. That is a quality businessman. I will be taking a couple of rings needing repair to Ruiz. They earned my trust and confidence. Many thanks.

Mark is a fair man I know he is there for business but he is also a fair man he took care of me and my girlfriend gave us a fair price for our gold which he usually doesn't buy and sold me this beautiful piece I have gone back there back-and-forth with a few requests and he always makes good on everything

I needed my battery in my Bulova watch replaced. I went in Monday after work and within less than 5 minutes the job was done. I believe the nice lady who helped me was named Karen (per my receipt). I will definitely recommend. I had called around Indio and Coachella and not a lot of places do it now a days. This one place in Coachella wanted to actually take my watch elsewhere and get it back a few days later, seriously? no. Anyway. Thanks again Ruiz Jewelers :)
