Some people have expressed confusion about our prices changing, sometimes on a daily basis. Because of the recent fluctuations in the price of gold and silver we have been forced to develop a system to rapidly update our prices to correspond with the daily changes in gold and silver. If we see gold or silver prices going up or down, we use the new system to adjust our prices accordingly.
Many of us loved carousels, or merry-go-rounds, as children. We climbed upon the beautiful horses in anticipation of the ride to come and were caught up in the excitement of racing along, fulfilling our childhood fantasies of freedom and heroism. We were cowboys and cowgirls, members of a posse, riders in a race, or gentle folk on a country outing.
Our modern culture has lost its understanding of the meaning of the cross, and as a result people seldom give it a second thought. Many of our customers have turned to our Crown of Thorns jewelry as a witnessing tool which carries much of the same meaning as the cross, yet is unique enough and beautiful enough to catch the eye and prompt questions.
This new pendant is called "My Sin." It was inspired by a scene in The Passion of the Christ. In the movie, a close-up shows a hand gripped around a nail which moments later is driven through Jesus. This pendant reenacts that scene, except that this time it is my hand holding the nail. My sins caused Jesus' death.

I have known Brad Ferguson for over 30 years and I have found him to be an impeccable person and an honest buisness owner. I believe He is one of the most talented artisans in the country. It has always been a pleasure to do buisness with him and he takes care of his customers. The first work I had him do for me was getting an engagement ring ready for me 32 years ago.
Since then I have purchased a couple of crown of thorn neckaceses for gifts. My mom loved hers and my wife still cherishes hers. As the years have gone by our wedding rings have recieved a lot of wear. I have worked outside all my life and my band began to wear thin on the bottom and I brought it in to Brad and he said he could make it as good as new and he built it up and as he said it was strong again and as good as new. Couldn't even tell where he had overhauled it.
He also reset the diamond in my wifes band and always makes sure it is in top notch condition. I know he is busy building brand new orders but he takes the time to take care his customers. I would highly recommend Samaritan Arts if you want old fashioned customer service and one of a kind designs with impeccable quality.
