I rarely write reviews, but just had to in this case. My 30+ year old engagement ring and diamond wrap were bent, two small diamonds missing and just old and dull looking. I took the ring in primarily to get the diamonds replaced--but Sanders went above and beyond and reshaped the ring, redid some prongs and really cleaned it up. It looks like the day I got it --nearly 31 years ago! I'm so pleased with their work and the customer service! Now to go back and put money down on a beautiful bracelet I saw in the case.

A very friendly family business. Really great to deal with. Very nice merchandise as well. I highly recommend going to Sanders for your jewelry; men's and women's rings and watches, necklaces, earrings, wedding sets, etc.

Wonderful service and incredibly helpful staff. Beautifully and quickly repaired and soldered my wedding rings - I will absolutely be trusting them with any jewelry assistance that I'm sure to need in the future!

I am OBSESSED with my engagement ring! They did a fantastic job. I love that I could take it back to get it resized and cleaned. They even encouraged me to come as often as I wanted to get it cleaned which made me happy because the cleaning job they did was unbelievably great!

I took my husband's mother's wedding ring to be repaired and they were incredible to both work with. Their work was beautiful, it was quick turnaround time and the pricing was unbelievable, I will definitely be a customer for Life and highly recommend them to everyone. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was so happy they could order a part needed to fix my wedding ring. Once I picked up my ring, it was so beautiful and saw they did an amazing job! Will come back here for any repairs I may need.

The staff at Sanders is exceptional. They have amazing customer service and great workmanship. It is a family owned business and that easily comes across in the atmosphere. They are professionals who are happy to educate customers on their purchases. I highly recommend them and will be returning again and again. During COVID they all have masks, the store is cleaned, and they have social distancing measures in place.

I have know Larry Sanders since my late husband and I purchased my engagement ring at his store in the Harandale Mall 36 years ago. We have purchased other items for several milestone anniversaries over the years. His staff were great secret keepers due to the fact most were secrets. He is always glad to see u and treats u as family. I went there this month to get my rings cleaned and checked.

Even with a mask on he knew who I was and gave me a great deal on a pair of diamond ear rings that I treated myself too. He has always been there for me and my husband when we needed repairs and stood by his guarantees. I will never go anywhere else. When jewelry is for a special person u want it to be perfect and Sanders will make it that way.

Just this week was my first visit to Sanders and it was a great experience! I was looking for a very specific bracelet for a gift and the jewelers helped me find the perfect one. They put the order in and it arrived in a few days. They even remembered that I had to ship the gift and they found the perfect box to keep it safe during transit. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff!

I cannot say enough about how awesome my custom wedding set is! I brought in a picture of the design I was interested in and the final product is so much better than I had hoped! Fantastic service and wonderful staff!

I've been shopping at Sander's for a few years now, after moving to Maryland from elsewhere. Every time I go there the young Sanders man always seems disinterested and "sighs" when I ask him to pull things out for me. The older woman is very nice but she always sounds like she needs to clear her throat. The woman behind the back counter is very friendly and always helps me with what I need (repairs, batteries, etc).

The daughter of the Sanders is very very loud with an "old diner like voice" (it can get quite annoying). The owner is very friendly under his unfriendly exterior, and always does a great job at helping me find the things I need as well. Now the mom, when I first walked in, she was friendly, don't get me wrong, but she reminded me of Ursala the sea-witch. (I'm terribly sorry if you read this) However she's always nice and knows how to wrap presents beautifully.

Overall the place isn't terrible, but it's not the greatest. It's a bit expensive and the staff is a little thin. Gratefully, in the past few times I've been in, they hired a cute little girl with bangs that's always eager to help with a huge smile on her face. I recommend this place if you don't mind the things said above.

My husband and children were just treated so poorly at this store. Initially when I went in the store, I began to look at all the different jewelry.my birthday is tomorrow and Christmas is in 4 days and my anniversary is in 2 months.so there are some occasions approaching where jewelry would be a fitting gift. However, today's purchase was to be a smaller budget item because it was coming from my 4 children all aged 5 and under.

My husband entered the store with my 5 and 3 year old and I left the store. The person that had been helping me clearly became frustrated because we weren't going to be spending a fortune today. She sighed and made rude remarks and even said "Jesus Christ" under her breath when my 3 year old daughter dropped one of the charms SHE was choosing from.

This isn't just bad customer service.my heart is crushed that my baby was mistreated when she was trying to pick something special out for mommy. I'm real sorry that my CHILDREN didn't have enough money to make them worth your precious time. We are returning this purchase and headed to Jared right now. They have a little play area and nice employees.

Not to mention, Saunders prices are STUPID SILLY HIGH! Get over yourselves Saunders.your a strip mall jeweler in PASADENA near the post office.hopefully seeing these Yelp reviews will chump you down to size. Jerks.

I was very upset with the service I received today. I went in looking to buy a necklace for my mom for her birthday. As I was getting out of my car I got horrible stares by one of the sales women. I went in and she said "can I help you?" I said "yes I'm looking for a little necklace for my mom, it's her birthday. My price range is around $60 maybe a little bit more." And she said "oh we don't have anything in that range." She took me over to a Hot diamonds case and was looking in there and said "nope nothing" and I said "okay. online on the Pandora website I saw a necklace pendant for $65.

The Be My Valentine pendant." She responded "oh that had to be a knock off website because that charm is $220. That's there signature pendant." I said "no it was the real pandora site." And she said "no it wasn't. Was this the charm?" Probably hoping I said no. But it was the exact charm and she said "yeah this charm is $220 that was a knock off site." The pandora site I was on was pandora.net the REAL pandora site.

This lady did not seem to want my business. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this Jewelry store. I went to school with the owner's kids and they were such sweethearts.

First of all, items advertised in mailer wasn't even in stock which is the only reason why I went to this store. The guy helping me had to repeat all my questions to the asst mgr who could care less sitting behind the counter and making him walk over there to grab items I asked for. It was probably her brother since almost all the business cards had Sanders last names. Here's the best part.

I asked about a warranty, he repeats to her, she's says no warranty. I asked why, he asks her why, and she stands up and asks me what is my concern with a warranty. Seriously should have walked out but didn't. I said most jewelry stores offer a warranty then she says there is a 1 year manufacturer warranty. I said ok because you just said no warranty a minute ago.

What a snob. If it wasn't for buying this item on behalf of my mom, I would have went to a store that was thirsty for a sale and my future business. As with the other review, the lady who wrapped my purchase was really nice. I like to shop local but with crappy customer service, meh.too many other places I can go.

My wife wanted more Pandora charms for her bracelet for Christmas so I planned on going to Sanders Jewelers since they were the closest authorized dealer for Pandora. The gentleman that was helping me did not seem at all interested. Every time he had to pull a drawer out to get another charm for me he let out a little "sigh". My wife wanted 2 specific charms and I also wanted to get her another one that she wasn't going to know about so I asked him what are the popular charms that you sell.

Well of course he just ignored me so I grabbed a book on the counter that had every charm in there and had to look through the whole thing. The only reason for the 2 stars is because of the woman that was wrapping the charms up and was finalizing the sale at the register. She was very friendly and personable. She also showed me a few watches that I've been looking at and was very patient and polite.

If I do go back I will not go back to the guy working that day and of course when I looked at his name tag he was one of the Saunders but can't remember his first name. Next time I'll just drive out to Columbia or Annapolis to get more Pandora charms.
