Dropped my wedding and engagement rings off to have them upsized. They were ready in 1 hour, fit perfect and looked brand new. I loved my rings before; I love them even more now! My grandmother gave my fiance her mother's engagement ring to repurpose and propose with, the only stipulation was to make sure to bring it to Schnacks since that's where it was purchased all those years ago. and repaired & resized etc. They did an excellent job on resetting the diamond and helping my fiancee pick out the perfect setting for it. Everything is done in house so you never have to worry about sending something priceless to you away. If you want peace of mind and amazing quality, this is the place to go! My husband and I had the best experience on this past Saturday. We were looking for my 30th Anniversary bridal set and was treated like royalty from beginning to end. I could not have found the quality I was looking for anywhere, their prices were very reasonable for the diamonds we received. They were high quality diamonds in a beautiful setting. Sales staff provided excellent and very attentive service. Both sales ladies were knowledgeable, personable, and prompt in serving me during both of my visits. I was able to discuss with the jeweler how to best make adjustments to my jewelry and a timeline for repair. I was impressed the owner had overseen the items I brought in and noted a potential problem which was pointed out to me.

Words really can't express how happy I am right now with the good people at Schnack's. This watch was given to me twenty years ago by my father who bought it from Schnack's in 1971. In those years it took a. helluva beating and has sat on a shelf for the last ten years. When I walked into the store with dad today, I had come in for a different purpose but decided to bring the watch along just to see if modern tech could get dad's watch back up and going.

In a very short amount of time they had me fitted with dad's old watch, which they got working perfectly. Not only that, they tried to rebuild the original band (Wasn't expecting that at all, it was really bad off) We were able to come up.

Everyone is so amazing here! They all helped me to fix a necklace I was ready to give up on. They stand my their moto and are so helpful! The store is amazing, the jewelry is amazing, and the people are amazing! Thank you so much for everything!

Their store is gorgeous, clean & everything is brightly lit up & beautifully displayed. Beautiful diamonds, multi stoned jewelry, crystal, & gifts galore. William Carstens and the staff of Schnack's went above and beyond with my watch repair. I purchased a watch from them years ago and recently needed to have it serviced. Even though I currently live out of state, they took care of everything and exceeded my expectations in customer service! I highly recommend them and their service after the sale!
