Well they have gained a customer for life with me! I had an idea for a custom neclace. It was sent away and after 12-14 days I call back and I was told that the piece I wanted couldn't be made. Matt took over the situation and showed me a necklace that he could have sent from New York. Matt truly cares about his customers and the story behind their jewelry. Matt had the necklace sent along with 2 others to chose from.

I selected the one I wanted and walked out with the most perfect piece of jewelry. If I were to say matt went over and above that would be an understatement. Hands down the best customer service I've had when I probably wasn't the easiest to deal with. He stayed professional from day one all the way to boxing it up and handing it to me. I can't wait to go back for my next piece. Matt, thanks man! For everything!

I received a Ducati CWOO16 2nd hand and the battery was dead in it and was way to big for my wrist a gentleman named Joshua replace the battery an resize the band and even took time to show me how to use the watch. He is a very well knowledgeable young man any shows excellent customer service.

So glad I found this place, after searching across 3 major metropolitan areas (Pittsburgh, Columbus, and Cincinnati) for someone to repair a piece of custom jewelry for me I happened upon this place. Josh was very clear and concise when telling me what he could potentially do, unlike many of the jewlers I called before him. Even though he was unable to fix my piece (only because it was a custom made piece and the parts I need to fix it are incredibly hard to source) he was able to point me in the right direction.

He was able to modify the piece to make it work for now, and so that when I get the parts to repair it, it will fit better on my chain. I had an idea in my head of what this work was worth, Ive had a few pieces of custom jewelry made in the last couple of years (in Las Vegas) so I have past experience to base this estimate on. I was temporarily stunned by the value of what I got versus what I paid. Based upon my interaction with Schulz & Sons today I would absofreakinglutely recommend them for Your jewelry needs, there is a reason they have a 5 star rating, stop in for Yourself to find out why.

Not sure if it's because my husband and I look young, but we had the worst experience with this company. Came it to find a wedding band to match my mom's engagement ring I inherited. They talked us into resetting it on another band with a matching wedding band. We paid for the set and the placement of the diamond. They tried to charge us way more than was originally discussed and after about 1.5 months of having the wedding band, (it's supposed to be rose gold. not plated) it's tarnishing or the rose gold plating is coming off. we got scammed. We purchased the rose gold to avoid any dipping. This is supposed to be real rose gold! It's dipped and it's already wearing off.

I was pretty stressed about the process of getting an engagement ring. Unlike some of the big names in Cincinnati, Matt took the time to walk me through the products. There was no pressure or run around. I can't recommend working with him enough.

Matthew was extremely helpful designing a replacement engagement ring for me. I have rheumatoid arthritis with joint swelling and Matthew designed a ring with a hinged band so I can get my ring on and off now. The ring is absolutely beautiful! Matthew kept me updated about the process from beginning to end. I will definitely purchase from Schultz & Sons in the future.

What a wonderful experience! The staff was kind, friendly and helpful! I'm very happy with the entire interaction! They were above and beyond to repair my ring and I feel so pretty with it back now and on!

Had 4 rings appraised, took a few weeks, but I was told it takes time. Appraisals were explained and it easy to understand. Rings were cleaned and look absolutely beautiful. So easy to do business with.

The repair work I had done at Schulz & Sons Jewelers is excellent. I always say that cheap is never good and good is never cheap, but this jeweler is a little on the pricey side. I have had this same work done on this same piece several years ago at a jeweler in Cincinnati for far less than what I spent this time. Overall I am happy with the repair and the convenience of this jeweler being in Ft. Mitchell.

I visited to have a ring appraised. The cost for the appraisal was very competitive with what I had read to expect. The appraisal was very detailed and contained information I would not have expected. Beyond the technical side the owners were very friendly and helpful. They took ample time to answer questions and discuss gemstones and their unique properties and details. I would be very comfortable in purchasing jewelry as they take the time to make sure you are satisfied and have the knowledge you need to make your best decision.

My family has been using Schulz and Sons since my grandparents were around. When I decided to have something made for myself there was no question as to who I would trust to handle and design my jewelry. I am incredibly happy with the design and quality of my pieces. I have close to 100 years of diamonds from my grandparents jewelry and my dad's in one beautiful ring I wear with pride.

Bought a necklace with a very thin chain for my daughter about three years ago. She broke it almost immediately and they replaced. Fast forward three years and she broke it again. Schulz & Sons helped me find a heavier chain for the pendant it was attached too, all while helping me with price. Their customer service is always top notch!

Matthew (the owner) started out very pleasant. I went in to have my engagement ring redesigned and eventually pick out wedding bands. I showed him a picture of what I wanted to do with my engagement rings and he said "no problem, I can do that". He collected my information, sized my finger, and on the way out, even gave me a bottle of jewelry cleaner for free.

I came in on a Thursday and he said I would hear from him by the following Monday. The following week I heard nothing. So that Friday I called and spoke a very rude woman who just kept saying "Matt isn't here and I don't know anything about customizing". She was not apologetic and when I asked how long it normally takes for designs to come back (she said 2-3 days), and I said I was in over a week ago, she didn't seem to care.

She just told me to call back Monday. So I did. When I called back Monday at 2pm, Matt answered. I reminded him who I was and asked if there were updates regarding my design. He said "probably not" but he was with a customer and he would call me back in 15 minutes. He never called me back. I wouldn't waste your time here.

Fantastic, family-owned operation. We were purchasing a number of pieces, and Matt and his staff made if a stress-free, enjoyable visit. I would recommend Schulz and Sons to anyone buying jewelry or in need of repairs!

Had my grandmother's engagement ring redone as an engagement ring for my fiance they did an amazing job taking the 50-year-old ring and redesigning it into something my fiance loves! Their customer service was amazing they want above and beyond highly recommend them!
