I have lived in Nashua for 10+ years and decided to give them a try. I was blown away by the incredibly comforting and friendly service. I love going to places that not only have incredible products but even better service. Will definitely be back!

The staff here are amazing. Didn't really expect to buy anything and left with the cutest set for a new born. The experience was great, they are so personable. They even wrapped the gift in the cutest little box. I will definitely be back for Christmas shopping.

The two staff were friendly every time I came in. I had to get a piece of jewelry repaired and they did it in a timely and cost effective manner. Will definitely go back if I need any pieces fixed in the future.

Philip and Amalia are absolutely wonderful to work with! Several months ago, one of my favorite watches needed a battery replaced. I tried to do it myself but couldn't close the watch thereafter. I visited Scontsas' and Philip was able to fix my watch in no time. We had such a pleasant experience that we returned this past weekend, so that my fiance could get her wedding band resized.

I hadn't expected to pick out my own band at the time, but Philip was so helpful explaining the different options to fit my needs and budget. Cannot say enough good things about this local family business!

I went to this store about three years ago while I was visiting my daughter in Nashua. She really admired a ring they had there and I should have bought it for her then. I emailed Philip a week ago and described what the ring looked like and he emailed me back videos of three rings that sounded similar. One of them was almost the same ring! I purchased it over the phone and he mailed it in a gift box shortly afterwards. Fast, Professional, Great customer service! I needed a watch strap for a Timex. This watch belonged to my Uncle who passed way. I needed a new strap to fit my wrist. My Uncle had a small wrist. They sent me out the door with a nice new strap of the proper size that looked nicer then the original.

Scontsas Jewelry is the best around. Phil and Amalia are wonderful, helpful, honest, and sincere. I had wanted a custom made name necklace and Phil helped me with the necklace I have always wanted. I will not go anywhere else!

We ventured in to Scontsas on a fact-finding mission. We are from Watertown, MA but my parents live in Nashua. My father had offered us an old family ring that had a nice diamond in it, and thought that we could perhaps use that diamond to make an engagement ring. Philip was incredible from the get-go. He showed us all our options, took his time, and most importantly, was totally neutral on what we wanted/liked.

That last part is most important to me, as my tastes are very simple, which many jewelers see as an opportunity to focus on up-selling when that's really not my style ("maybe add a few more diamonds here", "but what about this one", etc.). In the end, we made a ring that I am just IN LOVE with.it truly suits me and my personality. Because of the great experience, we actually went back to Scontsas for our wedding rings even though it's a 45 minute drive.

It is well worth the drive for great customer service and attention that you just can't get in many places these days. They truly deserve your business! Thank you Philip!

Their home store is absolutely gorg! Love coming in here and getting ideas though my place will never look anything like it lol. Had my watch repaired at the jewelry store and they were very quick and good customer service.

Where do I start? I honestly have so many wonderful things to say about Scontsas. After a difficult time working with another jeweler, my fiance and I were in a very tough bind. I knew Scontsas worked with the Denim to Diamonds fashion show to raise money for ovarian cancer patients. Being a nurse in this field, I decided I would go to them for some advice.

I ended up working with the Philip, who was incredibly helpful, informative, patient, and kind. I was very anxious regarding our situation, and all my calls and visits were met with a kind face and positive attitude. He offered me honest advice and many options that would suit our needs. In the end we decided to purchase our engagement ring from Scontsas. Philip was able to present several options within our budget and made shopping a breeze.

Literally the only place I'll consider buying jewelry from. Philip is by far the best in every facet of the business. His knowledge and expertise steers you in the direction needed without the pressure of over spending or making the purchase. Our recent purchases for our wedding and the engagement ring have been exceptional experiences. Can't recommend Scontsas and Philip enough.

My budget for buying my wife or others an occasional piece of jewelry has always been limited. Phillip always works with me to find the right item and not break the bank. I'm not saying that the stock at Scontsas is on the cheap side, there are plenty of upscale items to choose from, but Phillip always finds something that works and I've never had buyer's remorse from being talked into something that was beyond my reach. Another reason to support your local businesses.

Many of these things were beautiful and totally worth the lovely craftsman ship however I did feel as though I was on the brink of knocking everything over at any given moment which is a very unsetting feeling to have in a shop where everything is worth a small child.

I love Scontsas. Not only do they carry some of my favorite designers, they always have something I have never seen. Phillip is AMAZING! He will take the time to show you things you may like and he is very accommodating. Phillip ans Amalia have a superb establishment. Went to the home decor portion of this store before Christmas, and was very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful selection of ornaments -- they were unusual and beautiful and sparkly! Lots of fun. I highly recommend looking around; you'll probably find something you adore and want to keep for years to come!

I grew up in NH, pretty much in Nashua, my parents are from there and Scontsas has been my family jewelry for over 20 years. I was just recently engaged and my ring, from my fiances grandmother, was re-set by Phil. He has made/helped to make ( I am not sure his role) the most beautiful jewelry for me, my mother, and family members. I highly recommend this jeweler as his attention to detail is like no other.
