Clothes are fabulous but ordering clothes a big big disappointment have been let down so many times now told in stock wait with anticipated pleasure goods never arrive takes weeks for store to get an answer though money is paid at the the time email no proper reason given no no real answer no apology what a poor customer service

Awful customer service. Issue with online order has had automated responses via Synergy link. Phonecall cut off twice after 30 minute conversation. Email link via the web-site says they take 7-10 days to respond. Im a loyal customer for years and this has been my first issue with an order and I am extremely disapointed at the lack of customer care.

Appalling phone service. Seasalt have outsourced customer services to an overseas call centre who appear not to have the slightest regard for customers. Both times I've called, I've waited nearly 20-30 minutes to get through. On both occasions there was unacceptable noise going on in the background which sounded like the call centre staff were laughing and joking.

On neither occasion were my queries answered. What a disgrace you are seasalt. You claim to be a very British company, selling upmarket clothes based on cornish themes. But your company seems to have lost sight of quality. Clearly the call centre you are using in South africa have no appreciation of good customer service and are making a mockery of your company ideals.

As a long standing and loyal customer I am absolutely appalled, that your company has so little regard for upholding good standards of customer service. You are resting on your laurels, and taking advantage of the public, by taking us for granted. You really need to get this sorted.

Customer Services are a disgrace I used to love Seasalt and believe them to be an ethical, honourable and reliable company. I have had the misfortune to fall foul of their over complicated return system and need to engage with their appalling customer services system. I have spoken to the call centre twice over the last 10 days. This has been out sourced to South Africa where the staff attempt to be helpful but the connection quality is so dreadful and the background noise so loud that mutual understanding is very challenging.

I was told 4 days ago that they would escalate my issue via email and I would get a response in a few days- nothing. I have also emailed via the contact form (over a week ago) and had no response. I don't know where to go from here. Contacting anyone who can actually make a decision and refund my money seems to be impossible. Seasalt, for a company who prides itself on its localism, ethics and customer service you have failed spectacularly. You are a disgrace.

Dismal Service Seasalt, you have really let yourselves down! I ordered an item of clothing on the 29th October with a delivery of 3 to 4 days. As I did not receive a despatch notice on the 5th day I emailed Seasalt only to have a response that it would be 3 weeks before they would be able to respond to my query. I then telephoned and held on for 48 mins before I spoke to a human being.

Only to be told that the item I had ordered had a problem and they therefore would not be able to fulfil the order. They will process a refund which will take at least 10 days to reach my account!. So if I hadn't telephoned Seasalt when would they have told me this, and why should I wait 10 days for a refund when they took the money out of account immediately? I most certainly will not shop at Seasalt again.

Just taken dekivery of TEMPERA DRESS BREON BIRDS BEACON What a pretty dress this is. Has really cheered me up. However, could I ask, yet again that your think about colourway s other than the blues. Lovely as the y are (and I have a skirt and yellow print summer dress from Seasalt) but would like brighter patterns and colourways in your autumn winter range. Thank you LIZ
