Kathlene Manns was absolutely wonderful to deal with! I was refered to her by one of her customers. When I explained my situation, she listened and guided me to what I was looking for. Very proffessional and so understanding. And I also appreciated the discount. I loved the fact that I was able to see the stone under a microscope that I was leaving in their care to be reset.

When I picked up the final product, we looked at the stone again to ensure it was the same stone. I have heard horror stories about some jewelers and I was thrilled that Roberts Jewelers were so trustworthy. I was late to get my daughter a graduation gift and I knew what I wanted but didn't have to necessary verbiage for my gift until it was revealed by my daughter. I went to Robert's and found a gem in Renee. She helped me get the perfect charm and necklace and had it ready for me to give to my daughter on her graduation. I don't believe that I could have gone anywhere else and received the attention, understanding and assistance that I did from Renee. Although I got my daughter a great gift, I truly found a gem in Renee!

Nine years ago I went here to pick out an engagement ring for my (now) wife. I had no idea what to do, but the staff here took me under their wings, answered all my questions, and helped me pick a ring that she loved. When it came time to selecting wedding bands, they actually custom made one to match the engagement ring. It's a perfect fit, looking like they were made for each other.
