Living in New York I would normally go to the diamond district to look for jewelry, but I was referred to by a friend to check this place out. I was looking for more than just any piece of jewelry, what I was looking for was an engagement ring for my now fiance. Luckily, I was in town visiting my family and I figured I would give it a shot and check it out.

Let me tell you, as soon as you walk in the energy is quite pleasant and the hospitality, I received there was quite unique. Not to bad mouth the other stores in this location but compared to the others, Buchwald was in a league of its own. Ask for Randi, not only does she make you feel welcomed, but she is quite knowledgeable as well. Her and another lady behind the counter helped me with everything.

From the size, color, clarity etc and answered all questions I had while being quite patient. I had picked out the setting and the stone had it all set that same day, no rush, perfect, polished, shining and beautiful. My fiance loved the ring as did everyone she showed it to. I normally don't write reviews, but I was asked by Randi back in January to write one if I loved the service that was provided.

Two months later a few days after proposing, I must say not only was the ring perfect, but the service was extraordinary, and Randi made it all happen so flawlessly. I will be going back to get the wedding bands when the time comes. Thank you all at Buchwald again, hope to see you soon.

This place has probably one of the best reputations in miami and there's a reason for it. I was there to purchase an engagement ring for my fiance and they made the experience far more comfortable than any other jewelry store did. I went in knowing little to nothing. Lucy educated me on things such as the GIA rating (which I had no clue about prior) to the cut, size, color, band of the ring. Buchwalds was probably the fourth store I visited- yet it was my last because I knew they were the right decision. Needless to say my fiance loved her ring and I have Lucy to thank for that- she offered good suggestions and feedback. The whole staff is personable and fun to talk to also!

I had an amazing experience at Buchwalds, from the minute I walked in I felt like I had the undivided attention of the employees helping me. This process of buying my fiances engagement ring was so seamless from beginning to end. It felt like a real family was helping me out. So I arrived to Buchwald Jewelers after having visited 3 other jewelers in the diamond district area of Miami, "Seybold Building". I was looking for an engagement ring at a certain price range and quality. I was introduced to Joe "The Jeweler". He was extremely helpful and patient with helping me look for a ring within my price range and making sure I walked out with a high quality ring.

I did my homework before visiting the different jewelers and he provided me with the most honest, upfront cost and quality associated with my price range. I highly recommend this place. And they do provide GIA certifications with your purchase.
