Fantastic experience, all around from start to finish. Lylah (sp?) took my watch and informed me that it would be sent out for the proper factory repair and then about in house adjustment. Tom Sharbuno, contacted me to give me the price quote before the repair was completed and concisely explained the details. I was contacted in a reasonable amount of time when it was back and Tom verified the sizing and made a proper adjustment to fit the band, and also quickly adjusted the sizing of my other watch as well. I will definitely recommend and return for any further jewelry needs. Thanks for taking great care of me!

I needed help in repairing both my wedding ring that I had not wore for almost 10 yrs and I also had some antique jewelry that held a lot of sentimental value to me. Unfortunately the value of the old jewelry was truly only sentimental. Tom was able to help me make the decision as to what to do with the old jewelry and took in consideration my feelings.

Sharbuno's is a exceptional jeweler. We've been going there for years. Most recently, I've added a diamond anniversary band. They were of great assistance when choosing the band. I dropped off my wedding band on a Friday, and it came back by Wednesday, with the rings all soddered. I couldn't believe it came back that quick! I had asked Tom for a new appraisal, and within a few short hours, I had a detailed email of my new ring, along with a new appraisal on my past, present, future ring as well. Extraordinary customer service!

Tom and the entire staff deserve way more than 5 stars! They offer some of the BEST customer service I have ever come across in any industry. When I walk in, they address me by name, know what I am in for, ask about my dogs and always seem happy to chat. While we did not get my engagement ring from them, we bought my two wedding bands and my husbands ring here.

I was very picky in what I wanted and they took the time to show me different options and go over customizations. In addition, I had my parents/grandparents old wedding set plus an older ring that they helped me design into one ring I can wear daily. My husband and I are Sharbuno customers for life!

One of my earrings got sucked up in the vacuum, every stone came out and it was all bent up. Sharbuno Port Washington, WI reset the stones and shaped the broken earring. They look more beautiful now than they did the day I got them! They put in the same amount of care and effort for any type of stone real or fake. Mine are CZ and glass but they made them shine like real diamonds! Our family has been going here for years and we will continue for many more, they always surpass all expectations.

Tom added a beautiful extra band to my wedding ring designed by him and resized and cleaned my other rings. They look brand new and could not be more thrilled. I highly recommend Sharbumo Jewelers

Magnificent custom design far exceeding expectations - FAR outdoes Cartier Trinity ring (my custom request for similar style) in design /quality/pricepoint - my husbands ring the MOST unique stunning yet pure masculine man-band we've ever seen! we didnt give them much time d/t our wedding date - they moved mountains to have rings ready/delivered/sized/finished and were literally going to deliver them to our wedding even on their closed day/ if necessary (fedex by 3pm- wedding at 4pm)!

We had a fantastic experience at Sharbuno Jewelers, Tom and Monica are extremely knowledgeable ask all the right questions handmade fantastic suggestions. When there was a glitch from A supplier instead of letting us know Monica just found a different supplier and took care of it so that our ring showed up on time and perfec. We will always use them as our Jeweler.
