Terrible customer service overall. I visited this shop today to have a pin repaired in my watch. The lady at the front counter says we aren't suppose to do watch repairs around Christmas. What kind of logic is that. Then the technician says you can order the pin online. That's your job to order parts and repair jewelry. Stay away from this place very unprofessional!

I love this place. Mrs Shay and her staff are so sweet. I trust her with any of my jewelry. She even made me a custom ring that is to die for at a great price. Very fair and honest. The only two reviews that are bad on here are not true because I can tell you first hand she is fair you wont find anyone else thatll give you the cost at what she gives thats a fact!

I would venture to say it is other businessess trying to hurt hers if she got a bad review. I am now partial to Mrs Shay because she is a good person because my daughter picked up a piece of amethyst on her floor that had chipped off a stone on the floor and my daughter gave it to her and in return she let my daughter have the piece of amethyst. Also one of her staffers that quoted me the price of the custom ring that had miscalculated and she went out of her way to tell me and gave me a discount on it.

Now that is awesome. What business owner does that for their customers? I was ready to pay and at the time to pick up my ring and she says you dont owe me that much. Very thorough and has a keen eye for this. Found out shes been in businees over 40 years. Cant thank you enough Mrs Shay I hope you read this and know you are a special Lady!

I had an older Bulova watch that had a broken clasp that i had taken to another jeweler in town who said it was too old to repair. I then sent it to Bulova in hopes they could fix - they sent it back stating it was too old to repair as well. The watch has great sentimental value so I tried one last time and dropped by Shays. The jeweler repaired the clasp on the spot!

My senior loves her class ring. It is exactly what she wanted. Gigi and Shay were amazing while she decided what she wanted and even helped us with the selection. Glad we didnt go anywhere else. She will treasure it for the rest of her life!

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I dropped off a watch, talked to the jeweler that said " It can be fixed, won't take long" 2 days later no call, so I called on a Friday, the guy that answered after being put on hold for about 10 minutes tells me, your watch is in the jewelers box 2nd up to be fixed, you should get a call later today or tomorrow (Saturday).

Weekend passes, no call. I call again on Monday, after being put on hold again, I get told i'll get a call back. She did indeed call me back to tell me my watch was unable to be fixed. I didn't understand why, since the jeweler had told me he could. She kept talking over me, so I told her I'd come pick up my watch. I go in today, i don't get greeted, i'm assuming the lady that gave me the watch was the same one i spoke to on the phone, because she was rude.

I just wanted my watch back, since they were unable to fix it, and she kept trying to talk over me AGAIN! Hence this review. I normally don't leave, but since i couldn't leave a review on facebook, which is odd, what better way than Yelp! I wouldn't have used them in the first place but i work nearby and it was convenient. I'll still to my regular place that can actually FIX my watch and let the customer speak :)

They should call this place Shade Jewelry. Shady employees working here. If the ownership of this place allows this, they are probably just as guilty. Looking for an engagement ring and pretty much acted like they wanted to run my credit and ask what kind of car I drove before they would show me anything. Disappointing after hearing good things.

Prices for jewelry repairs are outrageous! 75$ for a small 10k clasp. I was amazed. Definitely will not be coming back! Place in the mall fixed all 3 pieces of my jewelry for 25$. Do not come here for repairs!

If i could give less i would. Went to them to get ring fixed, had the diamond that fell out. They kept trying to get us to spend extra. The day, that our ticket said it would be ready, called them spent 20 minutes just waiting for them to find our ticket and item. Asked em if it would be ready by the time the ticket said, sat on hold for another 20 minutes, they finally come back on line and tell us that it wasnt even ready after it has been there a week

My mother recently passed and Mrs. Shay spent OVER 2 hours going through every piece of jewelry my mom had. Not only was she extremely sweet and patient but she took the time to teach me what to look for and how to clean jewelry properly. Her and her staff went above and beyond for my sister and I. I trust her and her business and would highly recommend it. She defiantly knows what she is doing.

Courteous owner and employees. They never treat me badly even when I've looked my worst. Last time I went I had been cleaning part of my garage out and I most likely looked and smelled like a homeless person. They still treated me like I was an upper class lady.

I'm not impressed with the customer service here. My fiance was talked into buying a pair of earrings that the saleswoman told him were comparable to Kendra Scott jewelry. She told him that instead of being plastic, these stones were real. Regardless of the quality of the stone, I don't know anyone under 50 that would wear these earrings.

Their return policy was not very clear and now I'm stuck with a hideous pair of $150 earrings. I don't recommend this store to anyone, unless you're in the mood for a ripoff.

If you search online they have nothing but horrible reviews. Wish my wife would have before she went there. Now they are denying they ever broke my wife's ring in half. My wife brought in her engagement ring to get resized. They broke the ring and said that they sent it to a "master jewler". Who said it there was an imperfection when the ring was made and that is why it broke.

I sent the ring back to the maker and it was determined that Shay didn't take the three rings apart before cutting this is why the ring broke. Now the owner will not return my calls and is never at the store. The store will not even tell me who the "master jewler" is that they sent the broken ring to. Of course I'm out $600 bc I had to have the wedding ring remade.
