I brought 2 diamond stones into SkiBell to have them mounted. One was for a ring mounting, the other for a pendent. Lauren did a tremendous job with showing various pendants and mounting styles and I found the perfect one. The ring I had already looked on line and had forwarded Skibell the info. Lauren again did an terrific job at researching the ring info, contacting the supplier and had all info when I arrived.

Although I had stated I was in no rush, she still provided me with several emails to keep me informed of the status and progress, thank you. Finally, I was pleased with the prices. I was very, very pleased with the workmanship. Both pendent and ring look truly awesome, and I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Clyde who works for Charles is a jewel himself and one of the nicest and friendliest guys you'll ever meet! Skibell does awesome repairs and custom mountings too, all at great prices! Plus, the golden retriever at the door is a sweetheart too!
