Speer's Fine Jewelry is an independently owned and family-managed jewelry store. Our story began in 1950 when we opened Speer's and it continues uninterrupted today. Three generations of our family has served three generations of the Greater Concord community. Our knowledge is derived from formal education and years of diamond and precious stone trading, as well as years of watch bench experience. For two generations, we have focused on developing a wide ranging inventory of finished jewelry and time-keeping products.

This review has been a long time coming. Joe and his staff are amazing. From engagement rings to watches and even appraisals they have always delivered. I've popped in for a battery replacement and Joe treats me as if I were purchasing the Hope diamond. They are my go to place. Take your ring in for a cleaning and see for yourself.

Never have been so insulted to have a small business who's probably struggling during this covid tell me he's not interested in my business the owner whoever I talk to was very rude I'm a small business owner and never would I tell prospective customer that's a job to small or were too busy me and the wife we're going to be in the market for wedding rings well I guess I won't be spending those thousands of dollars at that place

There aren't enough words to explain how amazing Speers is! We started our experience with them a couple years ago looking for an engagement ring. We had a terrible jeweler experience prior to seeing them and we were incredibly weary and nervous. They were amazing, they took the time to listen to us and our concerns, they completely put us at ease, they're warm and wonderful people and take a huge amount of pride in their business and customers.
We've now come back for my husbands wedding band, a watch, and a pair of diamond earrings. And every time we go in theyre incredibly accommodating, top notch service, they're the business that remembers you by name every time you come in. Without hesitation, I'd bring my husbands and business there, every single time! Their biggest concern is you as a customer and your experience and really have you in mind every step of the way.

I went to ask if my engagement ring could be resized. Instead of saying "yes of course" and taking my money, the owner took the time to examine my ring, said they could do it but because it was made out of a light material it could damage the settings for the diamonds. He recommended I send it back to where my fiance had originally bought it and ask them to give us a new size. This encounter was excellent and I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism!

18 years ago I received an Bulova Accutron watch for as a high school graduation gift. To this day Spears still replaces the battery for me free of charge. I'm not sure if they still offer free batteries for life on their watches, but I am still greatful every time I need a new battery I know where to go.

My engagement ring came from Speers, and it is ABSOLUTELY spectacular! A timeless six prong solitare in the classic Tiffany style, and is perfectly colorless. Amazing! We have since gone back to purchace our wedding bands, and Joel was so professional and knowledgeable. He helped guide us toward the perfect set that reflect our sense of classic style.
We may not always be buying jewelry, but in us at least he has 2 life-long customers for when those special occasions arise. I highly recommend for the level of quality in both product and service; superb attention to the customer experience.

I bought a ring there and the stone broke in two!!! Either they used a defective stone or just colored glass. When I went to see what they would do for me, they said too bad and wanted me to pay full price for another stone plus repair. What, so you could put in more glass???? Would never buy a diamond there...never know what you would get.
