Came in to get a ring resized. Very polite and professional. Turn around was super fast. Ring was cleaned, polished and looked amazing!

Yesterday I received the phone call I was waiting for, the generational ring was ready for pick up. Well my husband and I went out this afternoon, up to Spexton Fine Jewelry on Cherry Street in Tulsa to pick up the ring. To say I have waited a lifetime for this ring is a drop in the bucket. I had a great experience in contributing my idea and having the jeweler and artisan both there to hear me out and say yes that will work, or no it won't.

In the end, I think this collaborative effort came out gorgeous!(to say the least) To see the before and after is truly like night and day. The crew at Spexton brought the antique ring, out of the antique status, and into the next century status. This will be a ring that will get passed on to the next generation of women in my family proudly. It's pretty obvious why Spexton has a 5 star rating. Andy and Steve are so sweet and very knowledgeable about rings and diamonds. In addition, I felt like this was the only place where my fiance and I were not pressured to buy a ring; instead Andy and Steve made sure that we truly enjoyed the rings we bought and they did a fabulous job! The staff here is truly kind and welcoming from start to finish. We had them repair a ring made by another jeweler and have never had any issue with it. Since then, we have bought our wedding bands and sized rings with Spextons. Their jewelry is beautiful and the jewelers are wonderful. I cannot recommend a trip here enough, you will not be let down.

I purchased a pair of 1/3 Karat diamond stud earrings for $700 a couple of days before Christmas. They were supposedly natural diamonds set in white gold. A few days after wearing them I started itching at the piercing site.just like the kind of allergy that one gets when wearing cheap, plated earrings. I ended up removing them, held a magnet to them and they were extremely magnetic!

As everyone knows, real good is NOT magnetic! I immediately returned them! The lady said, "if you got them here, they are definitely real gold!" But they weren't and I told them my issues and encouraged them to do the magnet test. But they ended up giving me a full refund. I was pleased that I received my money back but have been left with a bad taste in my mouth. I'd always thought of Spexton as an upscale, trendy, chic jewelry designer that obviously used authentic settings and such.

As ive always tried to support local businesses as well, But this faux pas has certainly lost my business. And I also encourage everyone whom have purchased jewelry from them, TO ASCERTAIN THE PIECES ARE AUTHENTIC/SOLID/NOT PLATED AS ADVERTISED! Jeremy Wright

I recently had to get my ring resized, Stephen did an awesome job helping me. He was patient with me and also helped me size my finger so we knew exactly what size I needed it to be. I went here because I seen so many great reviews. The price was fair, they told me it would take 2 weeks for my ring to be ready. It actually only took them 4 days!

I ordered my wedding band from Spexton via Etsy three and a half years ago. The sizing kit was a great addition to dial in the size and width of the band and led to a perfect fit. Three years later, the quality has stood the test of time. I wear the band 24/7, only removing when handling metal without gloves on. Clean the band per their instructions. Nathan was extremely communicative, answering all of my question timely and even made a quality control video showing the final product in its size and width. Spector completed a custom 10 year anniversary engagement ring for us and it came out perfect! They involved us through the whole process. It was very easy and the ring came out exactly how I wanted!

I've taken my rings and other pieces of jewelry to Spexton for a while now. And I've been meaning to type a review. Finally, I remembered because now I have a bracelet that needs to be repaired. I trust NO OTHER jeweler with my jewelry. I have nice pieces and then I have pieces would be simple to others but have GREAT sentimental value to me. Andy and his team have treated me with great respect and courtesy.

They are reasonably priced. Another reason I like Spexton is because you can look through a large wall size window and observe their jewelers at work. I will continue to use them for my fine jewelry and sentimental jewelry repairs. Highly recommend and I do refer many friends and family.

Spexton sized both my wedding ring and my band for my wedding. I wasn't expecting to get them back as quickly as I did, only a week! Pricing was fair and they fit PERFECTLY. So glad I found this place! The customer service is amazing. Nate responded quickly to every question I had. The ring I received looked exactly like what I expected from the online pictures. I was a little nervous about getting the ring in time for the wedding, but I expedited the order and got it three weeks early.

Wow! Spexton is amazing! My husband was left speechless with Spexton customer service. We placed an order on Etsy, which we weren't to sure about, but my husband loved a ring that was on the Spexton site. We ordered a ring a week before our wedding which we knew made it difficult to receive the ring on time. Nate emailed my husband on the Wednesday before our wedding, he had sent us messages on Etsy but we had used a guest checkout account on Etsy and made a mistake on the email that Nate caught and decided to email my husband directly. Nate mentioned their policy in the email that my husband missed which stated the ring would take 3-4 weeks to create and shipping time. Nate understood the urgency and said he would attempt to expedite my husbands ring.

We received an email that afternoon that they had had enough time to make my husbands ring and had shipped it out for overnight shipping. If that's not mind blowing enough, Nate sent a personalized YouTube link with the quality check on the wedding ring specs! My husband could not stop speaking about his personalized wedding ring video, he's literally told everyone.

We received the ring a day before our wedding and my husband absolutely loved his ring! We're not sure what is better the quality or their service! Best customer service experience ever for our best day ever!

Spector is an amazing healer. When I first entered the store the atmosphere was relaxed and I felt like the keeper wanted to help me find the ring I wanted, not try to sell me on the most expensive item. I loved working with everyone on staff! Thank you Specton for making my ring buying experience amazing!

Spexton reps guided me through how to pick the right metal and got the ring to me much before the day they promised I would have it by! They made a video validating the ring specs that I will definitely be saving as a memoir. They also suggested I get an additional tungsten ring for $50 in addition to the Zirconium ring for my husband to wear when he goes to the gym or works outside - which was a great idea!

My only disappointment is that I ordered a 10mm Black Zirconium with Rose Gold Inlay ring which is broader than the normal 6mm-8mm rings for men. I expected the rose gold inlay to be proportional to the width increase. I can hardly see the rose gold on the ring right now. In fact, the inlay seems thinner than it should even on a 6mm ring. I called about this concern and was told that the inlay width cannot be changed at all.

Completely disappointed. I began my search for a jeweller in August of 2017 due to planning my proposal for Janary 2017. As i was searching online, on Etsy I came across Spexton. They have amazing reviews on Etsy and I liked the pieces they hand and price. When i went on their website, it was not listing similar items as on their Etsy so i decided to reach out in an email.

I included when my proposal was, my budget, and just some reference photos (normally this would help to narrow down options). I specifically stated in my email, that i was open to ANY AND ALL IDEAS. Now i emailed on a Thursday so i figure call in on the coming Monday if i got no response. I recieved no response so i left a very detailed voicemail about my email. 2 days later I still go no call back, so I called again.

I was able to reach someone for their online ordering whom stated they sent my email to Nathan, the lead jewelry designer. At this point, there was already a huge lack of customer service but i decided I really liked their designs why not still try. I was also told by the young lady on the phone Nathan was bad at emailing back. So. here goes another week, and i email a follow up, to my 3 previous times at reaching out.

This time, i got a fairly quick response from Kayla stating unfortunately Spexton does not do the designs I requested, and referred me to someone else. I emailed back re-explaining I did not have a specfic design and was open to any and all ideas, and how I had such a desire to purchase jewelry from them. With being out of state, its a bit difficult to go into a store for assistant.

After my final, basically pleading email, I got no response. For a business to feel it can spare new business so quickly, shrug off, and disregard people is not a business I want to work with. The lack of communication and professionalism was beyond disappointing and I have looked else where for my special occassion. Wheter it be they are too busy, or they couldnt work with my budget (They had pieces on Etsy in my budget), or because I mentioned I was in a same sex relationship, work on your customer service and treatment to customers.

Love love love my fiance's brushed 5mm gold low profile wedding band! I literally saw this ring on an online social media forum, Pinterest I believe, and looked no further. Truth be told, I didn't look at a single other ring. I knew this was the perfect one. The folks at Spexton were prompt and went above and beyond. They even sent me a personalized video of the ring made for us before they sent it to clarify size and quality!

When the ring arrived, there was also a personalized note. Amazing customer service! This ring is perfect for my fiance. He's not a flashy jewelry type of guy so the brushed gold is absolutely perfect for his style but still a classic and beautiful piece, nonethelss. Best experience ever - When i found this ring on pinterest, I thought it was amazing. But i'll I'll admit that when i saw that it was out of state, and i was going to have to purchase online, I was a little leery. I mean i would have to spend money without seeing the ring in person. Once i saw the reviews and watched the video of one of the founders of the company (Nate) that eased my mind a little bit.

I went to the website to order my ring and I got confused. I called them up and talked to none other than Nate himself. He was so friendly and helpful. He walked me through the entire process. I realized that the earlier confusion was user-error on my part. I tried the tester rings to narrow it down to the proper size. I received my ring and i have to say that I was extremely happy with it. The price was great the colors complement my fiances ring and the quality was great.

I went into Spextons yesterday with a dead watch battery and the back of my watch had been glued shut by the previous shop who had changed the battery. Earlier that day I had taken the watch to a different shop who couldn't get it open. Spextons was so nice and welcoming to me and got the back off with no problem. They even replaced a piece inside that had been broken. They had beautiful one of kind jewelry inside. I stopped by Spexton to have a watch sized and set and these guys were great! Even though they were super busy they stopped everything to help me out. They are super generous and very helpful. While I was waiting I talked with a few members of the staff and they were all really friendly, helpful and genuine. I also had a chance to look around and loved what I saw. I'm not in the market for an engagement right just yet but when I am I know were I need to go.

Right in downtown Tulsa! You can hear the pieces being cut, sandblasted and finished while you're shopping. This means when you order something you can basically get it overnight, which is awesome if you're like me and once you buy something you have to have it immediately. They have a large large large selection of groom's rings, cuffs for men and bangles for women, sweet necklaces and are now even carrying diamonds.

When I say diamonds, I mean awesomely brilliant white diamonds, but also my absolute favorite: black diamonds. That's right- black diamonds. I'm totally biased, because my husband proposed with a black & white diamond engagement ring and I obviously think it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I also have black diamond earrings, which are super hip and edgy (if I do say so myself).
