Most unhappy! Completely dissatisfied! Went to have a stone set in a pendant necklace. When the salesperson and I were discussing the setting she showed me pictures of the settings which included the chain. Knowing it was a necklace why in the world would you not mention the chain is separate? So, completely unprepared when I picked up the "necklace" I had to buy a chain.

This was my second time using this jeweler - not impressed the 1st but decided to try them again. Never again! I assume if I was spending $1000s instead of $100s my experiences would have been very different! Going back to Shaneco where I have always received impeccable service! If you use this jeweler asked lots of questions.

Stiles Jewelers has an amazing selection of jewelry and the caring, personalized service to back it up. My fiance purchased my engagement ring at Stiles, which unfortunately was damaged (at NO fault of Stiles). Olga and the team at Stiles were able to fix the damage and changed the stone and setting into a pendant free of charge. They assisted us in selecting a new ring and were able to combine the band of my original ring with the new stone and setting - within 24 hours!

The in-house jeweler does amazing, high quality work, and Olga and the other associates were all knowledgeable, helpful, and so kind! My fiance and I will be returning to Stiles for future jewelry purchases.

We purchased both our wedding rings here and spent thousands. Because we were spending so much money the sales girl said they would take off the amount that tax would have been. When we get up to pay they wouldn't do it. This should have been a sign. I got a sapphire, not the traditional diamond, and the next day in regular light you could tell the stone was cracked on the corner.

So we go back. They told us I must have broken it but that they would replace the stone this time. The stone was smaller and not as clear. I was upset and didn't want to cause drama which was why I just left. I just didn't see how I could have broken it when I never hit it on anything and in less than 24 hours. Plus they fix it but with a smaller stone and less clarity and one of the brackets was significantly bent in to hold the smaller stone. We haven't purchased any more jewelry from them.

I have never had a bad experience with Stiles Jewelers. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy, their beautiful pieces and prices make the sales go so smoothly themselves

I am a jewelry addict! I have heirloom pieces that I thought were lost. Stiles is so wonderful. They have rescued some of my heirloom pieces and also have tempted me into some new ones. They have great prices, great quality and great staff. I highly recommend them

In attempting to make my sterling silver Gucci bamboo bangle smaller, it broke in half. To say I freaked out was an understatement! I went in to Stiles Jewelry to consult with them about the repair and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. On the verge of tears, I showed themmy sad little bangle and the owner immediately gave suggestions. While saudering was the last thing on my list, I was desperate to wear it again.

Before I could agree to the repair, the owner pulled up the Gucci website and was writing down phone numbers. Before they make the repair, the owner suggested I contact the Gucci corporate office for the repair. Having already asked Gucci at Phipps to replace the broken piece, I thought it was a dead end. She was encouraging and told me to go to the top to get it fixed or even replaced.

I only wish I got her name! It's not everyday that you are in a business and the owner is actually giving away business! I appreciate her looking out for me and giving me such a great idea! In the end, her suggestion worked. Gucci replaced my bangle for a new one. While I also had a few watch batteries replaced while I was at Stiles, I was blown away by their above and beyond customer service. It's refreshing to see a business actually look out for its customers.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My wife and daughters love their Pandora collection. I actually called to ask if they repaired Omega watches, and although they don't, I was referred to a reputable business.
