The Front Desk Clerks where amazing and delivered wonderful customer service. I pre-paid 350.00 to have my ring fixed and was assured it would be done the next day. 7 days later my ring had not been touched and I was told to come pick it up because the Jeweler did not want to complete the repair. He then explained that he would not do it because I called to ask if it had been completed. Thank you for not completing my project I took it to another jeweler and they where delighted to have my business.

We are so disappointed that we chose to work with Studio Pandora. I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is not unfriendly but certainly not helpful. Custom work and sizing is absurdly slow. Policies do not favor customer satisfaction at all. After months of back and forth we are stuck with an engagement ring that is crooked and improperly sized. We had much better luck elsewhere.

Fantastic crew. Liz is always super helpful, Karahan does a fantastic job and provided great advice while helping me design the custom engagement ring I wanted for my Fiancee. The artists in back are exceptionally talented, the wax carving that was produced from my poor description/examples was exactly what I wanted. Since the purchase I've brought the ring back in twice for cleaning/polishing. Each time they've provided a quick turnaround and somehow the ring is even more spectacular than when they first built it. Fantastic experience overall. Highly recommended.

I went in looking for a sterling chain to hold a single earring I love (turned into a pendant), owner was kind enough to attach the new pendant with a ring including a quick weld, no extra charge. Above and beyond service. Beautiful and unique jewelry in the store.

I love Studio Pandora and the owners are such nice people! My fiance custom designed my engagement ring with Karahan and it is absolutely stunning. They also came to my rescue this week when I accidentally scrubbed off the antique finish on my ring, just a few days before our engagement photos. Karahan was able to redo the antiquing and polish the ring within 24 hours. I'm so grateful they were able to fix my mistake on such short notice! I cannot dream of a better, more trustworthy place to take my jewelry. Karahan and Cheryl are simply fantastic at what they do. I know when I go there, I will be treated with respect, honesty, and integrity. After my wedding ring was mutilated by another goldsmith, I brought it to Karahan, who came very highly recommended by someone as much a perfectionist as I. He was helpful and informative. His repair work was stunning. I would not trust anyone else with my wedding ring. I cannot say enough good things about Studio Pandora.
