Excellent help 3 times for similar problem with my watch. Staff did lots to help me even though it is not sold at their store. They also explained things to me and their knowledge goes beyond other stores in my experience. Much appreciated!

I sold my Grandmother's ring there today and received an incredibly fair price for it. Their jewelry is also gorgeous and, when I have any extra money, I will definitely go back and buy something special.

We had our wedding rings in for a repair and re-sizing. They are both very modest because we didn't have much when we got married 47 years ago. We have dealt with some snide jewelers in the past, but the staff at Sullivan was so kind and helpful and seemed happy for our business. We will go back and I would recommend them to anyone!

Sullivan Jewelers is a great local jeweler. I need links added to a watch I had just purchased. The Jeweler was amazing, fast, friendly and wouldn't accept any money for the job. I am definitely using Sullivan's for all of my future jewelery purchases.

Sullivan Jewelers has restored/repaired 3 pieces of jewelry for me in the last 6 months and I will never go to anyone else ever again! Their prices for repairs are very fair and the quality of the work they did was impeccable. My latest piece of jewelry was a vintage find that had been worn to hell and back and I brought it in and it looks brand new.

I am so, so happy with the work they did! They also did an appraisal for me and I am very satisfied with it. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I'm a loyal customer for life!

Earlier this summer I noticed a tiny diamond in the band of my engagement ring was loose. My husband and I talked about the different jewelers in the area, and decided to bring it here, because we like to support local businesses. When my husband took it in he was very impressed. The service was great, the man helping him was very friendly, and they noticed I actually had a few diamonds loose that they could fix.

He said it could be fixed, possibly by the next day but no later than Friday (it was Tuesday). Well, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday passed with no phone call so Saturday my husband called to check in. He was told (very curtly) not only was it not done, but it wouldn't be done until at least Monday. Clearly not a good sign. My husband decided to stop in later Saturday as long as he was at Pick n Save, and miraculously it was done and he brought it home.

As soon as I saw my ring, I burst into tears. They put two big dots of white gold on both sides of the band "to reinforce the diamonds". It looked terrible! It looked.repaired; very clearly not a part of the original ring. Besides that, it rubbed and scratched up my fingers whenever I wore it. As if that wasn't bad enough, two weeks later, a diamond literally fell out of it. FELL OUT.

Absolutely livid, my husband called to tell them. The response he got? "Bring it in, and maybe we can work something out." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Maybe you can work something out? You didn't fix the issue WE PAID YOU TO FIX. I am devastated and literally sick over what happened. You should be able to trust a jeweler with your jewelry. Never in a million years would I have expected something like this to happen, especially from a local jeweler!

I have been to Sullivan Jewelers numerous times to sell old gold and to have jewelry repaired. I have always received fair prices for items I brought in. They have also been extremely helpful in advising me regarding the merit of repairing items. Occasionally, it is best to admit to retire your favorite pieces instead of investing more money on them. Repairs are done in a timely manner and completed when promised.

I have been a customer of Sullivan Jewelers for over 10 years and have always gotten excellent service. They are very professional. Sullivan's has a very quick turn around time on jewelry repairs. Sooooo happy to have found them.

I've been going to Sullivan's now for the past few years. I wanted to leave this review because I found they are so great to work with and I wanted to share that. Jeff, Mark and Ingrid have all helped me with various things I needed fixed or questions I had about jewelry. And Todd has helped with fixing my jewelry. I have found them to be honest, and trustworthy! They have some beautiful pieces there, and the cost of repairing jewelry is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them as a jeweler!

I wanted my wedding ring of 45 years brushed or antiqued like it was originally and checked for prongs and tips around diamond. The goldsmith verified what needed to be done for a very reasonable price. It was done in a few days. I was pleased. So I asked about another ring that was repaired by someone else a year ago. But I lost one of the small stones in just one day after it was "fixed".

The Sullivan goldsmith was there and stated that it could be fixed. The price quoted for the stone and repair was reasonable and was done in just a few days. With other jewelers I had to wait more than a week. The stone has been secure for several weeks. Honest, timely, and reasonable prices for repairs.

I recently went to Sullivan Jewelers to have my mom's wedding rings resized. It was done within a couple of days. I was extremely pleased with their work. I would rather support the small businesses then the large jewelry chains. They are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. If you need a jeweler to purchase a new item or get an something repaired, stop by and check them out. You will not be disappointed.

Sullivan's is a family owned jeweler that has very reasonably price pieces. Great service and the owner (Jeff) is there most every day that I've stopped in.
