Together, we offer appraisals to obtain insurance, remounts, repairs, and sales of fine jewelry. Our specialty is custom jewelry. We search out the finest sources for your diamonds and colored gemstones to complete your custom jewelry design. We have clients from throughout the Tri-Cities region of Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City, as well as around the globe.

We search out the finest sources for your diamonds and colored gemstones to complete your custom jewelry design. Ring sizing is done onsite by our experienced bench jeweler and usually takes 5-7 days depending on our backlog. They are handled in the order of when they are brought in for service. Once they are finished, an automatic text message or email will be sent to you notifying you that your work has been completed.
Mark Goodman is a Graduate Gemologist(GIA) and an accomplished jewelry designer. Mark Goodman is also a member of the Virginia Highlands Community College Foundation Board. Michelle Goodman is an Accredited Jewelry Professional (GIA) as well as a graduate of the GIA Pearl Studies. I had an appraisal done for an engagement ring and wedding band. Mark explained things to me, showed me different parts of my rings and I felt very confident in his appraisal. He even got it done in the same day and was very reasonably priced. Well worth the drive from Johnson City to Abingdon. Thanks Mark!

Mark at Goodman's was great to work with. I lost the diamond from my engagement ring he presented me with several diamonds very similar to my original. They were able to use my original engagement ring band. My replacement diamond is gorgeous in its new setting on my original ring. So happy with the result! The whole process was so easy and fast. The new diamond was in place in less than a week. So happy with the result!

I am so pleased with the ring that Goodman's made for me using a diamond from a family heirloom. I was not sure what I wanted and Mark and Michelle spent time going through several options. I chose a beautiful setting from Goodman's custom cast pieces. I also had them make an eternity style wedding band. They kept me informed throughout the process for each ring. They aim for perfection in workmanship and beauty. I love my rings!

When I went to Goldman's, I asked Mark to take a stone from one of my grandmothers rings and set it in my engagement ring. I was insistent on Mark using my engagement ring verses creating a whole new ring. Mark rose to the challenge and created a ring that was far beyond my expectations! I am so thankful to get to wear this ring as my something new, something old, and something blue at my wedding! Mark also used the original setting from my engagement ring and made it into a pendant I can wear as a necklace! Thank you, Mark!

I visited during lunch time to have a watch battery replaced. The staff was very friendly and quite knowledgeable. They informed me that if they did the work on site it might compromise the water resistance which no jeweler has ever wanted me about in the past. I asked them to proceed and had the watch ready almost immediately so I could be on my way. I will be back next time I need something. Thanks for the great service!
