Terrazza Home & Garden

Was looking for a graduation present for my son here, but I couldn't find anything. I asked someone for help but they were not very helpful. There's a lot of interesting things to see here, though. Definitely some unique gift ideas.

Their website and Google both say they close at 7. Got there at 6 just in time to watch them lock the door, pretty disappointing first experience.

Pretty store. One if a kind items are good to come by. Very high priced which caused me to go to marshalls.

Very poor customer service which is surprising for this type of gift store I have had several different experience with two different full time staff members there They were both rude and abrupt and act bothered when you ask for prices or to see something in the display cases The first time it happened, I considered it a fluke but since then, I've talked to several people who described having very similar situations They do have some nice things although the prices are high It's really a shame that the experience is not pleasant I've had to purchase things there for my sister in law because they were request gifts but otherwise would never have revisited

Going to Terrazza is like stepping into a new and different world where whimsy meets chic meets cozy. Great finds were waiting for me and I took them all home

For the person that has everything or if you want that special gift - several locally made items - wood, pottery, etc. - as well as more common (but not tacky) items. Many items were high for my budget but most are really worth the value. Friendly, knowledgeable staff - and they offered to wrap a gift (you don't find that anymore). I'll definitely go back and recommend.

I stopped in a few days ago. Lovely items, however I prefer to see a price tag, before I am asking for help or assistance. I am also not a fan of hovering sales associates. I have experienced this the couple of times I have been in the store. I keep thinking it might change. I won't visit again for awhile.

Terrazza is a great gift shop in the Franklin Village Plaza. They offer a wonderful selection of gifts and jewelry. Their staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with. The store is always decorated beautifully with merchandise displayed in a well thought out manor. I have never walked in to look around without buying something. Just love this store.

Great store for any kind of gift or treating yourself. Wide variety of item's and price range. The staff is always friendly and helps with suggestions. Their online is also great during this time.

I've lived in Franklin for 11 years but just visited Terrazza for the first time this week. It's a stunning place filled with cool jewelry and other gifts. I highly recommend it.
