Saro is a gem. When I sent my 18-year old watch to Citizen's Service Headquarters it was returned "unrepairable, " but he fixed it and saved the day. He is a fine craftsman who offers friendly service and real value.

We know Saro for a long time. He has done a lot of work for us and he is excellent in many ways. He is one the last true craftsmen. He does custom work and he is very reasonable for what he delivers. His business is a gem for Bethesda-Chevy Chase area.
