Went there to get a battery for my watch staff was very nice and pleasant will definitely go back

Was recommended by my sister in law. Got my mother's ring resized and fixed there. Also getting my wedding ring done here as well. Update: staff are incredibly rude so I changed my rating. Can't recommend based on customer service. Work was nice but being spoken down to isn't worth it.

And all the years I've gone to voski Jewelers I have never been disappointed, pleasantly surprised but never disappointed.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. My brother recently went here, they sold him a necklace that was suppose to be 14K. He took it to another jewelers they said, it was only 10K gold. He couldn't believe it. The other jewelers said, it was worth $600. Voski sold it to him for $1,800. He has been to three jewelers establishments that all said it was 10k gold. Voski are scammer that will switched 14k out for 10k gold and make you pay a crazy price. He took it back to Voski letting them know what they did and they claimed he was CRAZY.

My mom took several pieces of jewelry to this business, including 6 watches for battery replacement as well as 2 necklaces to repair. Initially, the store owner told her to bring in only 3 of the watches and the remaining 3 later. They negotiated $8 each for the battery change instead of $10 since she was bringing in several pieces. They also quoted her $25 each for the chain repair.

The owner didn't provide a receipt of the amounts they had discussed when my mom requested one and told her they didn't provide receipts. Today, when my mom went to pick up the 3 watches the same individual told her it was $10 each. My mom tried explaining they had agreed on $8. The owner refused to honor the amount and instead accused my mom of lying to her.

My mom told her she wouldn't lie to her about a few dollars. They also changed the price of the necklace repairs and told her it would instead be $30 each. At that point my mom asked for the necklaces back. Finally, the individual gave my mom a few dollars back after my mom reasoned with her that as a business owner, she shouldn't treat customers this poorly and that she was losing a customer who would have repeatedly returned.

She also thew my mom's necklaces back at her and told her to leave the store. We don't appreciate bait and switch tactics. There are several other jewelry repair shops in the area. Do not recommend anyone getting their jewelry repaired here.

Been going to Voski Jewelers for years. Fair prices, great service, great people, great selection of jewelry. One of the best in Delco!

Went in for change of batteries.came out with a small part out of place on the watch face. Owner was as cold as ice took the stand that the repair person didn't touch the face. Offer no solution except it's Christmas I could leave the watch and have it repaired at my expense. They are not customer friendly.

Been in business a long excellent quality in all kinds of jewelry and custom made charms chains and some of the most highest quality in diamonds

I needed a silver chain repaired. The chain was purchased at Macy's on sale and I didn't pay much for it. The sales assistant was super. She directed me to another inexpensive chain that would do the trick or less money than getting the other chain repaired. Thanks for the great service.

Great place! In the rough. Staff is helpful and friendly, watch batteries n resizings are inexpensive and the products are amazing without breaking the bank

Great quality! Great service. every time! Gary, the owner, is number one! Whenever I need anything, I simply contact him with what I am looking for, he sends me a photo, and I go pick it up. He has made my gift-giving so simple and convenient! The only jeweler we trust!

Terrible experience here. Newly engaged and needed my ring sized. Walked in and was immediately put off by all of the family members there trying to get good deals from the owner. Was told that I could have little balls put in rather than have it sized. Was warned that could cause side diamonds to fall out (not true. Adding those balls should not affect side diamonds).

When I returned, my center diamond was yellow. I asked the owner what happened and he was SO rude! Luckily a woman came out and diffused the situation and took my ring back and cleaned it. 5 days later, a side diamond did fall out.took it elsewhere and they advised me that a diamond should not have fallen out. Nothing was being done to stretch the actual band out to cause that. They also mentioned that they have heard plenty of stories about this place over the years.so avoid them if you can! The owner is a nasty man!

Have been shopping from Voski Jewlers for close to 20 years now and have never had a bad experience yet. They are knowledgeable in their trades and patient with the customer. I highly recommend their services

I can't say enough nice great things about Voski and their work! I brought two family pieces to them, one being a ring another jeweler chipped my stone and mangled the setting on. He reset the stone and designed it in such a way that the chip is not visible. The ring came out absolutely stunning, I couldn't believe it- when I got home I just stared at it and cried.

My only wish was that I didn't pick it up while I was Hangry so they could have seen my real reaction. The other ring, which is about 80 years old, had to have the prongs re-done and again, a fantastic job. Thank you Voski!

** further update 1/7/17**I cleaned the necklace with a silver polish that I got on amazon, it came up good as new and guess what, I didn't break it. never got to have it dipped. I'm still annoyed with this; can you tell? **Update** 12/5/16 I took a sterling silver necklace in to be dipped to rose gold. Which I previously called an verified they were able to do.

The necklace had been put away for a while and the chain was tarnished in need of cleaning. I took it into Voski and was told that the dip would not look good because the chain was tarnished. When I asked if they could clean the chain of the tarnish, I was told that "it would break". So. Essentially they are unable to clean a standard silver chain of a Tiffany's type without breaking it?!?!?! o.k. Sized an antique ring, welded a ring that had split and polished my wedding set. All of the work was done beautifully, timely and at what I think is a fair price. I will use them again.

Had two rings cleaned - staff was fast and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will recommend to friends.

Place is total rip off and VERY shady to say the least. I went there 2x at which time it looked like druggies came in to sell questionable jewelry. The staff is not friendly or engaging. I took a ring to be sized and "jeweler" said it couldn't be sized, a real jeweler at Blocks did it.

This is a great place with great value, and great people! Gary helped me years ago, and always treated me well. Good people. Help local businesses!

This place is such a rip off if you wanna be overcharged and lied to go here they are the reason jewelers get a rep! Gary is the biggest snake I've ever met!

All jewelers are the same. What makes this place the best is the family that runs it. Always offering wine and food when you go in there. Bought my engagement and wedding rings there. Has to be one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

I got my very unique engagement ring here. My fiancee & I went to Voski Jewelers looking for an engagement ring for me. I did not want the traditional boring ring mst women have. No offense. I wanted a square or round one. We aslo looked at Litman's Jewelers. They only had one 1 in our price range that looked very small & did not compliment my me at all.

The one my fiancee purchased at Voski's was only $90.00 more & is double the carat weight. When I decided like 56 days later I wanted this ring I was in luck & they still had it. All the employee's & owner are very helpful and patient. Visit #2 my fiancee got me a nice necklace from Voski for Valentine's Day it was a surprise. Visit #3 I took my son to cash in sone of his coins. He's 10 & got $90.00 for like 8 coins, he was very happy. This is my jeweler for life. They specialize their jewelry & service you would be crazy to not give them a try. -V
