My boyfriend got me a necklace for my birthday and I was having a hard time with the clasp. Stopped in and they took immediate care of it. Picked it up earlier then the 2 weeks they told me it was going to take. Thank you!

Bill resized 2 rings for me and they are absolutely perfect! Its amazing how someone can weld something that small without any visible seams. When I came back to the shop to get my rings I asked if he had any earrings available. He showed me a beautiful selection of his own custom jewelry, including a pair of diamond earrings. My fiance loves them! I highly recommend you checkout his shop, and his quality of work!

Critical: Value Over charged $28 for express service when the jeweler is on-sight. Told us they would sit on the ring for 14 days and not guarantee the ring in 5 days (when needed) without paying an extra $28. It took the jeweler 30 minutes to complete this sizing job. Totally not worth the $90. What a scam.

Great people! They will go out of their way to help you! I sold them a diamond ring and some other gold. They were a pleasure to deal with and I felt that they were very honest and trustworthy! I drove 50 minutes because someone that I know recommended them to me and now I will always go to them! They also had some very unique jewerly!

So my wife has a collection of broken jewelry that at some point she hoped I would get around to fixing. So naturally when the collection build up to the point where I had to repair it, I went on Facebook and ask all my friends where do I go if I need to get jewelry repaired? Almost universally everyone said W brown in Willoughby. Even my parents said to go there if yu need somthing repaired.

I love downtown Willoughby to start, but the place is warm and inviting. I had a ring that I bought my wife that was missing a diamond, and for the princely sum of $175 they repaired the ring and replace the diamond. That was much more cost effective than I thought it'd be. And, for no additional charge, they soldered my daughter's broken necklace and also put a charm back on my wife's necklace. Great place highly recommend 100% go there go there go there for anything jewelry related.
