Did a fantastic job on my ring repair and wedding band being sized up. The craftmanship was excellent. Sorry that this local jeweler is retiring. Will be missed in our town.

I was thinking about coming up to yall to see about getting some rings resized and to look at earrings but I was just at the post office the other day and there was a lady there throwing a HUGE fit and being extremely rude and she claimed to work with white jewelry she had redish short hair and glasses and it looked veery bad for yalls store to the point where I don't know if I'd even come in anymore. and thought yall should know

Probably best place in Wooster for rings or other jewelry. Weather you are looking to buy a ring or just need to know what size to get. Whites jewelers has the best customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My elderly father took his watch to another jeweler to have them put a battery in. The girl put on a big show of putting a battery in and told him his watch must be bad. She said they could send it off but it would cost $100.00 just to look at it. The watch was a gift from my mother and we lost her June 6, 2020. So my husband and I told him we would take it to White Jewelers.

They put a new battery in it and it is working like a charm. I know it doesn't sound like much to you, but it meant the world to my Dad. So thank you White Jewelers for your honesty and great service.

Very friendly and did a good job when the lady pierced my ears

I had been hoping to design a ring for my girlfriend (now fiancee) and was looking to work with in a specific budget but have everything custome. After visiting several jewelers I was so happy to find this one. I was asked about every detail and wasn't asked about price until the end. They worked with me to create a completely unique design and even kept a sale on dimonds going even though my project passed the sales end date.

This jeweler has helped me start my future with someone I love and has given them something just as unique and wonderful as them. I will be returning, an hour drive for this service is unmatched.
