Deborah Wexler, CEO, began her first firm , Microcomputer Power Inc (MCP), in 1982 with only $5000 in personal savings and built it to a $70 million Company with offices in Houston, St. Louis, Washington DC, and Seattle. In 1989 Ms. Wexler was declared Entrepreneur of the Year by Arthur Young and Inc. Magazine, and MCP was named 148th fastest growing firm in the U.S.A. In 1995 AmeriData/GE Information Technology Solutions (GE-ITS) acquired MCP and Deborah stayed on as an Executive Vice President responsible for the South Texas region until 1998. Under her leadership the division’s annual revenue went from $70 million to $120 million. She operated the most profitable region at GE-ITS by maintaining the lowest personnel turnover rate and the highest pre-tax income. In 2000 Ms. Wexler established Whiteflash to provide top quality diamonds directly to the public on Internet. Her specialties are business development, human resources development, sales and team building. Deborah has a BA in linguistics from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the Falcon Asian Program at Cornell University. She is fluent in Russian, Japanese and Spanish. Last, but not least; she is a mother of six children – three boys and three girls, aged twenty seven to twelve.

I was interested in purchasing a small diamond pendant for myself and Becca was there to help me every step of the way. I couldn't decide which setting I wanted, but Becca was patient, prompt, gave great advice and even got me a quote for a non-catalog setting. I ended up ordering a Whiteflash setting that I didn't like as much in person, but I was able to very easily send the pendant back and switch it out for a slightly different setting.
The end result is perfect - the diamond (A Cut Above) sparkles like crazy - and it was a seamless experience all around. Thanks Becca, and I'll be back when I want to upgrade to a larger diamond with the generous upgrade policy!

My fiancee and I have independently had an excellent experience with Whiteflash. He initially purchased my engagement ring and diamond from them a couple years ago and, while a little daunting to do this online, stated it was an overall easy and effortless pocess. Some months prior, I decided to change my engagement ring setting and, while there were some issues along the way, Michelle Adams was the best to work with.
She is patient, professional, quick to respond, and clearly competent at her job. Every interaction I had with diferent Whiteflash staff was honestly great. I highly recommend this company.

The entire Whiteflash team was outstanding! Responsive and professional during my engagement ring buying process/ordeal. I did a lot of research, but nothing beats seeing a ring in person which means buying online can be tricky. Luckily, the sales rep Becca Eastman was knowledgeable, and extremely patient and understanding as I decided what I really wanted as a first time diamond buyer. As a result, my fiancee and I were thrilled with the final product. It sparkles like crazy. The certificate and box it comes in are beautiful as well.

My experience with Whiteflash was excellent from start to finish. First of all I found myself needing my ring order rushed by about 3 business days. Their Diamond Consultant Michelle Adams reached out to me and was amazing to deal with every step of the way. She handled my request to rush the order internally and confirmed the ring could be rushed with rushed overnight shipping and no extra charge.
As for the product, it is beyond expectations. The cut above Whiteflash diamonds are worth every penny and the sparkle is amazing in every light. I was hesitant to making such a life changing purchase online but Michelle's assurance was enough for me and the ring arrived on time and was shipped securely. Melissa was a delight to work with from the beginning. She responded promptly to my emails, made sure that I had confirmed everything, and was warm and polite in her correspondence. The Whiteflash website (honestly, could be a little prettier but that's nitpicking) was easy to use- I especially liked the filters for quality and pricepoint. Made this novice ring buyer's experience as smooth as possible.
I live overseas so the free and quick shipping was appreciated. As I've already explained to Melissa, it will be even more useful to let the customer know that FedEx has online options for choosing pickup or home delivery. But otherwise, very smooth. Finally, my fiancee and now wife is happy and that's what counts. I'll definitely be looking at Whiteflash as an option in the future.

Purchased a pair of diamond stud earrings for my wife and the entire experience with Whiteflash was a pleasure. First the earrings were beautiful. Second my "consultant" Becca was extremely helpful. She gave me solid advice, suggested diamonds that met my 4c's selections and provided timely feedback to my questions. When looking to purchase an engagement ring I did thorough research and two things set WhiteFlash apart from the competition; 1) their large selection of wonderfully cut diamonds with in-depth details and imagery so that you can make an informed decision; and 2) the customer service received from Becca was excellent and exactly what you would expect when making a sizeable purchase; she was very responsive, answered all my questions, made good suggestions and overall, made the buying experience smooth and charming.
The diamond itself is breathtaking, catches all the light and the setting frames it perfectly - it is everything myself (and my fiancee) hoped it would be! Without doubt, I will use WhiteFlash and Becca for our wedding bands and future jewellery needs!
