Wiley's did an AMAZING job with my ring repairs and sizing. My ring I thought was beyond repair looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. Carolyn was very helpful and I am grateful for kindness. I will definitely go back for future needs and recommend them 100%.

So so happy with my new wedding ring! I went in wanting a custom ring made with my grandmothers and mothers wedding bands. Carolyn worked with me to create this beautiful new family heirloom. I could not have asked for better customer service and quality!

The employees that were there when I went, were wonderful. I got there a little close to closing time and they were not bothered by that. They answered my questions, tested, and bought my jewelry. They were A1. I would recommend this place and I will be going back.

I looked at engagement rings at other stores but I decided to come here before I made my decision. It was the best decision I made! Everything was explained in detail. Skyler is awesome! She helped me create a ring that is so beautiful that I can't stop looking at my hand. She is patient and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. This is my new favorite jewelry store and I will be a customer for life.

Wiley's Jewelry did the most beautiful repair on my ring. It was an incredibly quick turn around & so happy with the results.

I have only used Wiley's Diamonds twice and both times they have been great. Both times to repair my wedding rings. The second time I had lost my husband to heart failure after 41 years. Four months later I seriously damaged and broke my wedding set which broke my heart. Wasn't sure they could be repaired, but they called and said they were fixed and ready to be picked up.

When I arrived to get them I was more than amazed and very emotional. As I choked back my tears and placed them on my finger they looked as beautiful as the first time my husband placed them there. I can not thank them enough for understanding what this wedding set means to me. I had to call later that day when my emotions calmed to thank them.

Very nice store. Friendly personnel. I have used them several times from doing repairs for me to doing jewelry appraisals. Always willing to help you where needed. Skylar has been my go-to but they all are friendly and ready to help. Will continue using them for future needs.

Can not say enough good things about our experience at Wiley Jewelry. We had a few different things to get done from new purchases, new settings, cleanings, and appraisals. Every time we walked in we were greeted with a smile and quickly helped. Carolyn was so professional and genuine each time we stopped by. This place is so amazing. My wedding ring had to be cut off in 4 pieces, they repaired it and when I picked it up it was like new! I also bought some children's jewelry while I was there and the sweet lady took the time to wrap each gift for my girls. They got a lifetime customer here!

I had purchased a vintage wedding set that needed to be sized and minor repair. When I picked it up it looked like a totally different ring. It looked like a brand new ring. I highly recommend Wilys jewelry for all of your jewelry needs. Ask for Skyler. She was very helpful.

From the time I walked in the door until my ring was completed, I was treated with kindness. I had a ring redesigned. I really like my ring. It was a little big but they resized in less than 24 hours. Mr. Wiley personally helped me. I would use them again for other jewelry needs.

Carolyn was absolutely wonderful! She helped us find the perfect setting and stone for my ring. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped find the perfect stone! 2 small stones fell out of my wedding set. I took them to Wiley's to have the diamonds put back in the ring. When I picked up my ring, I mentioned that it felt "sharp", like it would get caught on fabric. They assured me it was fine and if I had any difficulty, to bring it back. After 3 weeks, I took the ring back because it gets caught on everything.

There is definitely a prong sticking out, I can see it and feel it. I have worn this ring for almost 40 years, I know what it should feel like. They refused to do anything, saying it was fine, as is. Now, I will need to find another jeweler to repair what they messed up, and spend more money. They charged me $150 to put the stones in, wrong. Who knows what it will cost to have the ring repaired, . I would never recommend this jewelry store.

Buyer beware! My son bought an engagement ring from them for a considerable amount of money a couple of years ago. He still has all the paperwork. The engagement was broken and he was given the ring back. An appraiser said it wasn't worth 1/4 what he paid for it. Wiley's won't even talk to him concerning trading the ring in for another more expensive ring now. My wife and I have done business here before. But no more.

Wiley's has done an incredible job for us! We are a young couple in our early 20's and went into Wiley's after experiencing some rudeness at another jewelry store in the area, and were so encouraged by the way Wiley's handled everything. We were instantly greeted with friendship and professionalism, and we knew instantly that we wanted to work with them to build my engagement ring! Lauren, Vanessa, and Tricia helped tremendously and were there to answer each and every question we had about anything.

They even showed me some customs that they had done in the past, which helped me to trust that they could handle my design (I am very picky). There were no hidden agendas or things gone untold. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place for couples! I will post pictures once everything is done :)

Had 3 watch batteries changed here and the lady was very kind and quick about it. $11 each and very convenient.

I took my $1000.00 Tissot T touch watch for a battery change. The sales lady that helped me took the watch back to change battery. After about 15 minutes she returned and said she replaced the battery but could not set it. I returned home to set the the battery. It never would set. I returned to Wiley's to see if maybe the battery was not in right.

The jeweler said they saw nothing wrong. They said they would return my money for the battery change. They didn't charge the the 1st time because she could not set the watch. I found out the sales lady had only been a employee for 1 week. I thought a jeweler would be the one to change my battery not a 1 week employee. I sent my watch to Tissot to see what might be wrong.

They said the watch was damaged during the battery change. It cost me $250.00 to repair my watch. So Please take your watches of any value to a more reputable jeweler as they will let any one week employee change the battery and in turn you may find that you have a broken watch when you get it back.
