I had a watch looked at and was charged $30 for a new battery. The watch continued to malfunction. On a return visit, I was offered to have the watch shipped out to be looked at for a possible other problem which was going to cost more than the watch was worth. So, I took the watch to another jeweler, asking them to check the watch and saying it had just had a new battery installed-and could they find out what else might be wrong.

The response was it needed a new battery! This new battery cost only $16 and the watch is working fine now. Apparently, William Travis jewelers didn't replace the battery or gave me a faulty one. I feel I didn't get good service and was overcharged to boot.

This is a wonderful local jeweler shop staffed with cheerful, knowledgeable staff who bend over backwards to be helpful. I've brought them favorite pieces for repair, appraisals for insurance, shopped for gifts and have they've exceeded my expectations at every turn. Plus, they have the a huge range of truly lovely designs to choose from. Everything from modern pieces to gorgeous classics. I'm a fan!

Stopped in last week for an anniversary gift while traveling from out of town. Couldn't be more impressed with the service and selection of handcrafted jewelry. I was able to find a beautiful necklace that was unique from any other boutique I'd been in. I'll be sure to make this my first stop for any jewelry procurement!

I've never had a ring break before. Not even a cheap $15 ring from any old gift shop. Not once. I purchased this beautiful, elegant blue sapphire ring from William Travis Jewelers, it is seriously lovely and I was so excited about it. I was instantly in love. It has broken five times. FIVE. The first time, it was while I was calmly driving, I wasn't even tense.

They repaired it for me, and I was thrilled to wear it to DPAC for a play. It broke again. They repaired it. The third time it broke, I was at a wedding. They repaired it. The fourth time, I was out on a date having dinner and this time one of the eleven blue sapphires fell out. I have to say that I just feel done. I don't want to keep bringing it in for repairs.

I asked for an exchange or something so that I can wear this ring without having to bring it in for a repair, but no, they won't do anything other than repair it for me. I guess my beautiful, classic ring is just a paperweight now. I guess I can just look at it in the box. I sure do wish I could wear it though, it's seriously lovely.

None of the employees were wearing a mask. There is a county mask mandate and also increasing instances of Covid cases in the area. Felt very uncomfortable in this business.

I had a wonderful experience working with Travis to create my dream wedding band! Because of the style of my engagement ring, I was concerned about finding a band that would fit perfectly. We had a design meeting, and we were able to create a style that I loved that worked perfectly with my engagement ring. I could not be happier!

They caused us to panic because of the delays and mistakes made on our wedding rings. They were only able to get things done at the very last minute.

I love fine jewelry and wanted to shop there but after talking to multiple women who have worked for Travis, I found out he was a creep. Not cool. I'll go buy my diamonds somewhere else.

William Travis and his team are very great folks with exceptional knowledge. If you want unique and friendly then this is the place. They do close around 5 every day so make sure you get there to not miss out!

We loved our experience with William Travis! We worked with Brent to design a ring and it is more beautiful than we could have imagined. Brent spent a lot of time with us, was very patient, and helped us not only understand the process but was creative and added extraordinary levels of detail and engraving that make the ring truly one of a kind, reflecting all the elements we love. My experience with their jewelry repair service was excellent. While I was visiting my sister in North Carolina from Arkansas my ring lost a stone. Jamie Lea was professional and very friendly. Since the repairs were going to take longer than I was going to be in town they shipped my ring to me in Arkansas. The repair was made and the ring looks great. I had a great experience working William Travis to have several jewelry repairs done as well as designing a custom pendant. Travis is very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain and discuss all of my available options, as well as provide some great suggestions and advice. All of the work was done within a week, just in time for an anniversary present.

I couldn't be happier with the pendant and the repair work done. Also, the price was very reasonable, and actually quite a bit less than I expected. We will be coming back for all of our jewelry repairs and purchases!
