39 years ago, Williams Diamond Center made its debut in the old London Square Mall (later moving to the London Galleria) here in Eau Claire. Founders William and Audrey Mueller quickly developed a name for themselves. They spent 13 years fine-tuning their jewelry store while maintaining genuine small business practices.

Having shopped at Williams Diamond Center for many years, I have become close friends with Denise, Teva and the entire staff. I love the vintage jewelry, coins and especially the custom pieces that Teva has designed for me. His ideas are outstanding! The latest piece that he made will be handed down in our family forever. Really can't say enough great things about my experience and this store. The staff is incredible and so nice, even greet you by name as you come into the store! Had a ring designed by Teva that exceeded my expectations. He was so patient and listened to all my wants, needs and concerns. The ring turned out stunning! I was surprised to learn they have a jewelry designer on staff all the time and no need to wait for special remount events. Great store, great staff!

Williams truly earns 5 stars when it comes to hospitality, quality, and and honesty. They all truly have the guests interest at heart and are focused on the person and story behind every piece of jewelry. My engagement ring was designed at Williams and it is better than I ever could have imagined! 10/10 I always recommend!

LITERALLY the most rude conversation I've ever had with sales. Not only was I berated for wanting to get general information over the phone, but was repeatedly given strong pushback when I insisted on attempting to get *general information*. I was so disappointed, that I immediately called back to attempt to resolve a potential misunderstanding over the phone.
While the Manager was professional enough to offer an apology, the apology consistently ended with a ", but ". I waited until the Manager had completed her run-on speech of excuses before I started to provide polite feedback, only to be interrupted and not allowed to finish a single sentence. Totally rude and unprofessional. The whole sales premise is to get you into the store and not let you leave without a sale.
Anything else is met with extreme hostility and condescension. One star is too many. **Response to Owner Response** I specifically stated that I was _not_ looking for a quote, but your sales team was too focused on their own prerogatives to listen to their customer. I very clearly explained that I had a specific type of band in-mind and wanted to know more the inventory.
The reason I gave very few details outside of what you stated was because I was not given the platform to do so. When I asked, "what are some of the next big options I should consider after this", I was met with a wall. To quote your salesman, "There are thousands of variables and I cannot help you." Neither of your sales members knew the size or shape of the center stone because they never bothered to ask.
When I spoke to you, Denise, not only did you cut me off, but you refused to let me finish a sentence. In your words, "Your are a small, local business. for 39 years". You would likely be bigger if you were not so disrespectful to your potential customers. The only reason my name is anonymous, is because I am shopping for an engagement ring, you dolt. Having my name plastered on your website would give away the fact that I'm shopping for it.

My fiance asked me to marry him on Thanksgiving day he gave me a beautiful ring from Williams diamond. It was vintage looking just like I had asked for. It started to turn my finger green this was Heartbreaking because it was exactly what we had been looking for. My fiance went in showed them the ring and told them what was happening they were over top Apologetic, sympathetic, And super understanding to our feeling!
They immediately Took action and honored our purchase. They gave us more than plenty of options to choose from I was unable to go with him so they allowed him to FaceTime me many times to make the decision I ended up getting a ring that I actually liked better than my original and it was on sale so they actually refunded us some of our money! They handled the situation with honesty integrity and responsibility everything you would want from a jeweler.
We feel more than compensated! I would definitely recommend and tell Any person who asked me to do Business with them! They have amazing staff and kind courteous service. I will continue to do business with them for years to come I will be back there to purchase my wedding band as well as my fiance's ring! A mistake was made but it was quickly corrected with no Problems or Hassle they definitely have earned my business and my trust! I love my new ring and feel confident in our Purchase! Thank you Williams diamond for all you did to make sure I had my dream ring!

Teva designed my engagement ring and wedding band and they are beyond what I had imagined! The price to have a custom designed wedding ring set was so reasonable, I had no idea I could get custom made within our budget. Customer service was always fantastic, communication was great, turn around time to get the rings was faster than I expected. I hardly ever write reviews but we are so happy we found Williams Diamond and Teva I was happy to write one.

Denise Wurtzel and Williams Diamond Center are incredible! Both my fiance and my future father-in-law bought rings here, and both times Teva worked to custom design the rings to make sure they were perfect. When I brought my ring in to be resized, they took care of it free of charge and ahead of the timeline to make sure it fit perfectly. I am in love with the top notch service from Williams Diamond Center, and will be a life long customer!
