I had my existing ring enlarged and diamonds added to it and they did a phenomenal job. I, also upgraded my wife's wedding ring with a new custom design and the process was outstanding. Brett listened, was communicative, prompt and easy to work with. 100% recommend coming here! My wife can't stop looking at her new very large diamond ring! I'm stoked!

Brete is the best type of salesman. instead of being pushy, he simply conveyed facts & perspectives so we could make an informed choice. I appreciated his overview of the various characteristics defining natural diamond quality. I could have applied this knowledge to shop with competitors, but at this point he had won us over.

Brett helped my fiance and I design a custom engagement ring, using a sapphire center stone that we had already purchased. I texted back and forth with Brett to make all kinds of little changes to the CAD, he is quick to respond and very detail oriented. Made the whole experience so easy and efficient. We designed my engagement ring at William's Custom Jewelers and the experience was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and helped us turn the vision we had for my ring into a beautiful piece of one-of-a-kind jewelry that I will forever cherish. The process was smooth, we were involved in the design and revisions, and it turned out exactly as I had envisioned (if not better). We plan to come back to have a wedding band made, since our first experience was so wonderful.

This has been a great experience!. My fiance and I purchased a ring somewhere else because we fell in love with the setting alone and it had 3 carts of CZ. The staff at William's Jewelers are NOT salespeople, they are jewelers. Sure, they'll ring up your purchase and ask you to sign their copy of the receipt, but they are, first and foremost, craftsmen. They're not going to try to up-sell you or push a product they have a surplus on. They'll shoot straight with you and tell you like it is. The quality is fantastic, but that's not even what I'm most impressed with.

It's the lengths these folks will go to in order to get YOU what YOU want. I was looking for a very particular stone for a very important piece. The people at William's Jewelers asked around (the entire country) and found two such stones.and they bought them, without any kind of guarantee that I'd purchase either. Can't recommend these guys enough. Honesty and integrity when you're shopping for gems and jewelry? That's a treasure right there.

I went to William's custom jewelers to resize my engagement ring and Brett did an awesome job, I called asking if could have it earlier for my engagement party and he did it faster for me!

Williams did a fantastic job. The 5 star reviews from others are true. Brete, who I worked with to make a custom Platinum Sapphire wedding/engagement ring, was great to work with. He was knowable and helped guide us through the process. The design process was collaborative and my fiancee and I came up with a final draft. The ring building process took about 3 weeks. The ring turned out beautiful. My fiancee is very happy.
