We have been customers for years and there is a reason why, simply put, the people. You can get jewelry anywhere and Windsor has some of the finest around, but it's the way we're treated that makes all the difference. We are greeted with smiles, given plenty of time to try on exactly 900 different rings before discovering the one that's just perfect. We're never rushed nor pressured and they take time to explore our taste and educate us on the product. 10/10 recommend.

I took my wedding ring in for repair and it turned out beautiful. The staff were all very professional and communicated the necessary work along the way. My ring looks brand new again!

This is without a doubt, the best jewelry store in the Country. My Fiance and I moved from Indiana to Vail, Colorado a little over a year ago. We were only in town for a week and were looking for a custom jewelry piece for our official proposal. This crew was the most polite, upfront and honest folks that we've encountered in all of Colorado, New York and Indiana's we've never felt more at hope and more taken care of than at Windsor. Great service from Jeremy in working to get my watch band fixed that had been sitting in my drawer and unusable. They have also replaced a watch battery for me previously. Good reminder to leverage the local shops and expertise in your area!

This place goes above and beyond. For all my jewelry needs, I'll be coming here from now on. The customer service is exceptional! I was looking for a locket for my grandmother in law for her 85th birthday. I sadly didn't think of this place first and after striking out at 10 other stores, I finally found pictures of lockers that I loved here. Sadly the price of gold had just gone up, so the ones I liked were out of my price range.

I was working with Lynn and she was determined to find the perfect locket In my price range, and she did! The locket I ended up buying actually needed to be ordered. When she sent it to me, I went to show it to my husband to get his approval. I didn't realize that she had to order it right then and there to get it for me in time. She ordered it just in case and sent me a message saying that if we didn't like it, it was ok and she could return it. She was willing to take the risk of that extra work. I just appreciate her so much. So long story short. Great customer service and great products!

I got some nice gems and jewels for my wife. Her birthday is around Valentine's Day so there's a lot of competition for her amethyst birth stone. I have had a good experience with this place before so I knew this was the spot to visit. They showed me their wares and guided me to the perfect gift. After trying and failing to haggle down a piece waaaay outside my budget (for fun), I got the piece that I knew would bring a smile to my partner's face. I look forward to visiting again. In all seriousness, this place rocks and yes that was an intentional pun.

I came to Windsor to buy an engagement ring because I saw that they had been part of the Indianapolis community for over 100 years. The customer service here is top notch. Everyone in the store says hello and are very friendly. Jeremy was extremely helpful in helping me pick out the perfect diamond and setting. I did not feel pressured one bit. They ask the right questions, offer the best advice, and far exceed expectations. Thank you, Windsor (and Jeremy) for going above and beyond! I will certainly be back. Oh, and she said YES!

Windsor Jewelry is my first choice to shop for jewelry. Why, you may ask? Have you ever noticed that when you go into multiple jewelry stores, after awhile everything seems to look alike. There are only so many ways to make rings, hoops, necklaces and bracelets. Silver, gold or platinum seem the most common. You can change up the precious stones but again, there are only so many colors available whatever the stone may be.

Whenever I go into Windsor Jewelry, I always find something that "pops." It doesn't look like anything else that I have seen anywhere else. The staff are friendly and will take whatever time you need to make that right selection because this is a precious investment. I only buy for my wife and I want something that is as exciting for me to see on her as she feels wearing it. This should be fun! I highly recommend that you check them out before making your next purchase.

Kin Chan helped me. He is amazing! So nice and he has a really professional demeanor. He fixed my wedding ring in a matter of hours (fast enough that it wasn't a hassle; not so quick that it seemed rushed or hurried). He also let me see my diamond in his machine up close! I will be back for any issues with my ring and if I have something to shop for. Thank you so much!

We had such a great experience with the team at Windsor Jewelry today. We bought our wedding bands 33 years ago there. While we were there for a resizing of a ring, they cleaned all our jewelry while we waited. We also could not resist doing some shopping, they have such beautiful items. We have missed being downtown!

Windsor Jewelry is wonderful. They are so pleasant to work with. Lynn & Greg are both super individuals who listen to what you are looking for and then go out of their way to find it or create it. Everyone there is really great. Recently I took some pieces of Jewelry of my Mother's in to see about repair or redesign. I didn't know if any of the. pieces were worth it or not.

I had been looking for rings for 3 months and had to check off all the regular jewelry stores like Jared, Kay, etc. Honestly I was scared away from Windsor because of its location right on the circle. I just assumed it would be crazy expensive and a small selection. I was completely wrong. I called the store to ask if I needed an appointment, they said no and told me to ask for Greg.

As soon as I walked in I met the owner, Greg, and had a nice conversation about what I was looking for and told him about my girlfriend. By this point at all the other stores they had asked me for my max budget and then immediately tried to push me over it. I was there for over an hour before we talked price. Greg and his wife Lynn walked me through different styles of rings, different stones, and sizes and only talked about price after I brought it up.

This is a wonderful jewelry store that doesn't push to get you to spend every last dollar you have. They truly care about their customers and I really appreciated the experience I had with them. I proposed to be girlfriend yesterday and now she's my fiance, partly in thanks to Greg and Lynn. Thank you guys so much!
