I love coming here to check out the latest pandora charm collection and getting all of my pandora jewelry cleaned! The staff is super friendly and contacted a couple of weeks later making sure I was happy with my new charm!

I have been a customer of levy's fit 26 years. I have a Rolex from there and had bought everything from a in expensive Christmas gift to my wife's engagement ring. I had stopped going there because of a manager that tested me like a second class customer. I went back today and bought my wife a David Yourman necklace. While I was waiting, the lady that services broken jewelery and watches decided to be extremely rude and condicending to me. I will never ship there again.

I have read several reviews about the staff being rude and I have to say we found just the opposite. Jackie, our sales rep, spent a long time with us looking at wedding bands. They had a large selection and I thought the prices were fair for fine jewelry. We were visiting on vacation and knew nothing about the store when we happened upon it. We did choose a beautiful ring and I highly recommend this store.

Don't go into this store. If you don't look like you belong (and we do) the salepeople just roll their eyes. I'll take my business somewhere else.

I had great service for a special gift I was having repaired for my son's birthday. I was so happy that Levy's was able to place a new watch band on my son's watch he owned. My son had past in 2014 and I was giving my son his brothers watch. Everything was ok until I came over the next day to heR my son say he put the watch on only to have the band break. I wasn't so happy with my service of Levy's then.

Picked up something for family member. Great service; friendly folks. Bless their hearts.

I knew what I wanted, and went to the store at lunch time, cash in my wallet, but in casual dress. I was shown what I asked for, but my metal of choice was not in stock. They said they may have ordered what I'm looking for, and could take my contact Info. I didn't feel like a customer they were interested in. No estimate given to me as to when I could expect a call (I'd imagine that Brad, store manager, would have access to the information or could get it for me).

Just a shoulder shrug and "have a nice day". I called a store I had previously shopped in California. They texted me pictures and offered all kinds of ways to make the experience terrific.

Best place to get your wife a ring there customer service is fantastic special mr James he will make it happen super nice guy ask for him when u go in.

Horribly rude staff. You would have thought we were walking in with the plague they way we were treated. We will never be back. They have bought into the C19 hoax hook, line and sinker. It is a shame as we used to like the place. I recommend finding another jeweler that values individual freedom.

My husband bought me a David Yurman necklace for my birthday, which is lovely. Yet I want another David Yurman necklace which is not in stock at Levy. Levy stood behind their return policy, and didn't give us any trouble with returning the necklace. Over the years, we've only bought a watch and some Pandora stuff here, but I'll definitely consider buying more items here in the future.

I went today to get the spacer on my ring replaced, I've been going every couple of months to various jewelers to get it fixed because they always break and today I went in and the manager Michael Blythe fixed it completely, and he also wrapped it twice to assure it wouldn't snap, and as I was going to pay, he said I didn't owe him anything. Great customer service and hospitality, thank you Michael!

One of our favorite ways to relax is walking around the historic and beautiful city of Savannah GA. While walking around today, Levy's Jewelry caught our attention and we walked in. We were immediately greeted by Brad, the manager, and he accessed our desires. We simply told him we were walking around and wanted to just look at their beautiful pieces.

He invited us to do so and let us casually gaze around the store. Levy's has the cream of the crop in luxury jewelry. David Yurman, John Hardy; Rolex, Omega and Tag Huer watches. The store is beautifully decorated and the cases are easy to browse. Since there was not many people in the store and Brad wasn't waiting on a guest, I asked him several questions about watches.

His knowledge of Rolex and Omega was insightful and helpful. He didn't try to push anything on us- he simply offered insight and willingly to showed us any watch and jewelry piece we wanted to see. It's easy to see why Levy's has been a part of the Savannah community for many years. Quality products, a great location and knowledgable and helpful team. We didn't leave empty handed.

I have been in Levys in Savanah the last 2 times we were there on our trip. Both times I was very happy with our experience with them. On our last trip I bought my wife a pair of earrings and a necklace. Both were very expensive and when my wife started complaining later that she was getting a rash from wearing the jewelry I naturally was not happy.

At first we thought that Levys didn't care because they did not get back to us but later I found out that they actually did try to contact us but our home phone had an issue and they couldn't leave a message. After getting an email from the salesman Brad we were able to rectify the problem and I am confident it will be ok in the end That makes me happy because we like stopping in when we are in Savanah and I didn't want to take them off my place of business visit list.

Our first time in Savannah and first stop was Levy jewelers for an additional Xmas gift for me from my husband. We were welcome by friendly Santa /Tony who took great care of me as I selected options I liked. There are some beautiful collections to choose from for different tastes. The original owner's grandson was also very friendly providing recommendations for our Savannah visit, especially restaurants. We felt very welcomed to Savannah having stopped into Levy and left with a lovely pair of earrings.

Really good service, a lot of cool estate jewelry, although I think it's a bit over priced. If you miss their sales then you are just SOL. They don't negotiate price nor do they revert back to any previous sale even if you missed it by 2 days. That's ok, I went to Kay Jewelers and spent $7200. They obviously wanted my business. They had a sale that was starting in 2 days and called the district manager to ask about offering the sale price to me right then.

After an unfortunate accident involving silver jewelry and a pool I was worried that my rings were done for the world. Andy was a savior and was able to clean them up for me, returning them to their pre-pool beauty. He truly turned a travesty around. Thank you so much Levy Jewelers!

I am new to Savannah, so I was looking for a new authorized dealer of Tags and Omegas. I walked into Levy in Oglethorpe Mall, a nice woman, who told me she was new, tried to assist me, but I ended up with a taller guy who was rude! Essentially told me he couldn't help me, wouldn't give me a price, and did not offer any solutions. Absolutely will not be going back to the mall location. Hopefully the other location is better.

Called to purchase a Rolex I've been trying to get for 4 months and was told that they did have it but since I was out of state I would need to provide paperwork and wait up to 7 days for approval. So, I did. No problem. 3 days later they sold the watch out from under me and the sales rep emailed me with the nerve to say they'll give me a call if another one comes in. Excuse me?

This was a simple transaction, people. You charge my card and send me the watch. I will NEVER do business with this company in any capacity after this treatment. You're welcome to make your own decisions on shopping there.

A bit late in posting. The middle part of November 2018 I was looking for the right place to buy gold wedding bands. I was a bit apprehensive in finding the right jeweler to work with my soon to be husband and myself. Being gay may be accepted without a flinch in much of America, but in the South? Asking around, I went to Levy on Broughton. I could not have a better experience. The associate was very happy to help size and pick out the best rings. Asked about our wedding which was at Columbia Square and the reception. The rings were ready on time.

Enquired about a watch. Salesman told me he would call back next day but did not. Called again, only to be told that there would be a waiting list and that only regular, preferred customers are 'eligible'. I'll take my irregular, non-preferred money elsewhere.

The ladies at Levy Jewelers-Oglethorpe were awesome. The prompt attentive service by Diane, Miriam, and Ava were top notch. My 1.00CAT Diamond earrings are gorgeous! Thank you ladies!

The jeweller in question is now dead, but I will still never go there because they allowed him to steal my stone.

I brought in my engagement ring (stone is from 1700s, setting from 1910s) for repair. I told them not to mess with the engraving, which is important both for sentimental reasons and for determining the ring's history/provenance. They destroyed the engraving and didn't even bother to mention it to me. I am now waiting for them to make a new engraving based on the old one, but unless someone can jump into their time machine and find the person who carved it by hand in 1918, it will not be or look the same. I will never do any business with Levy once I get my ring back.

Extremely poor service. My husband went in to buy a Rolex for me for a special occasion, they wouldn't give him the time of day. It's as if they sized him up and didn't think he could afford it. WRONG! Guess what? I now wear mine purchased from another licensed jeweler and every time some one notices and comments I always tell them about what happened and to not patronize this establishment.

Upon entering the shop I was greeted by a gentleman who said he was there to help me if I had any questions. I had never been in this establishment before so I just wanted to check out their inventory. I am a women in my 60s and was casually dressed. The reasoning I am stating this is because the salesman followed me around the store like I was some criminal.

I perused the entire shop to see if he would continue to follow me and he did. Finally I went up to one of his coworkers and told him what was going on. There were a few items I was interested in but I left the store without purchasing a thing. I had never been treated like this before.

Took my heirloom wedding band to Levy last weekend as it had lost one tiny diamond. Was nervous about leaving it but was assured it would be just fine in their safe and that I'd have an estimate by mid week. Called on Wednesday to get that estimate and was told that they had, without my knowledge or permission, shipped the ring to California as their jeweler was on vacation for a month.

I would never have authorized sending my valuable ring to another state to a jeweler I had never heard of! When I asked why in the world did this happen both managers I talked to said they had no idea. Really?

Brad (the manager), was nice enough to exchange a product that was purchased at another location, and saved us the hassle of returning to the other store and dealing with less than satisfactory costumer service. Really saved us a lot of trouble and headache! Thank you so much Brad! Everyone should strive to be as helpful and pleasant as you were!

Simply outstanding! I was visiting Savannah and needed something special for my girlfriend who just lost her father. I did a David Yurman search and Levy Jewelers popped up on my search. They are located in the heart of Savannah so if you are traveling they are easy walking distance from many of the hotels. I was fortunate to meet Jim (thank you Sir) when I walked in.

I gave him the background of why I was there and he steered me in the right direction. I was able to purchase a beautiful necklace for my girlfriend that really represented what she was going through. Professional.no upsell.and a very nice personalized note delivered to my home. Very nicely done Levy and thanks so much for the help.
