There is no better place to get an engagement ring - period. When I started considering options, I was lucky to quickly come across Marisa Perry. Their jewelry selection and styles are incredible, but most importantly, the staff could not be better. I worked with Mila, and she was a perfect partner from the start. Marisa Perry and Mila made the daunting process of buying an engagement ring fun and straightforward! When I first walked into the store, everyone was busy with clients, so Marisa herself welcomed me in and gave me a great overview of what differentiates her store, from Douglas's award winning designs to the quality and value of their stones. As we got closer to the proposal, Mila was a pleasure to work with.
She was very professional and never pressured me to go outside of my comfort zone. We settled on a winner that wow'd my fiance, and it was icing on the cake when she realized I had gone to Marisa Perry for her ring. Thank you for being such an important part of our story! Based on our experience and the conversations we overheard about other customers pieces while visiting. we found this place completely tactless and shockingly rude. Their craftsmanship is fine I suppose but there are many manyyy talented jewelers, particularly in NYC. We took our business elsewhere for a multitude of reasons and so glad we did!

A huge thank you to the Marisa Perry team, especially Mila, for creating my dream ring. I was so intimidated by the overall process of engagement ring shopping, Mila was able to show us a variety of styles, settings and shapes to identify what suited me most. She was patient, knowledgeable and made us feel so comfortable. Marisa Perry was the first store we visited, we did decide to meet a few other jewelers after our first appointment with Mila just to be sure.
We received nowhere near the level of service at any of the other jewelers and eventually found ourselves back at Marisa Perry, confident that they were the best. In our second appointment, Mila brought in specific and unique stones and helped my fiance design something truly unique to my style. The fine lines and craftsmanship of the ring is so impressive like nothing I have ever seen before. We cannot wait to return to Mila at Marisa Perry for our wedding bands!
