Excellent customer service and very professional. I brought my Tissot in for a battery replacement and was seen right. Catherine in the watch department took care of me right away and was able to change it while I browsed all the bullion.

Dora, just helped me with a 22 gold chain my experience was great. I also was helped with a battery change and jewelry clean. Both departments were kind, friendly and gave exceptional customer service. Both departments went above and beyond to make my experience a wonderful one. Would recommend for all your battery. Great customer service. My chain was broken where the clip was and they took care of me and fixed it within 5-10 min. Very friendly and wonderful staff. Would definitely recommend.

We brought a few pieces of jewelry to the Dallas store be repaired. Our experience couldn't have been better. The quality of work was exceptional, with quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. Dora Reyna provided top notch customer service to us. DGSE isn't the most convenient for us, but well worth the drive.
