The lady operating the front end of the store was very helpful and pleasant. The jeweler who was present that day was exceptionally rude. I went through a very nasty divorce a few years ago and simply wanted to unload my old wedding set. He turned up his nose, gave a very low quote (which I expected. I don't need the money, anyway), and said "I ain't got no reason to buy this." I understand not wanting to buy; however, the rudeness was unnecessary and unprofessional. I definitely won't be back for any purchasing needs that may arise.

I dropped my ring off to be sized June 12th. I've never received a phone call the next week like they said. I've been calling for 2 weeks now. No answer but I left voice messages. Ive left Facebook messages and even left comments on their Facebook posy. No response. So I took off work today and drove 1 hr 45 minutes to find out they are closed July 3-12. Which is fine but I have been calling since before that and no response. I wasted a vacation day and drove 1 hr 45 minutes for nothing. They are nice when we bought the ring but the customer service is non existent after that so beware.

I love this jewelry store. They are always helpful, no matter what you need. They treat a watch battery replacement that same as a diamond purchase. They have beautiful merchandise, including a wonderful selection of estate jewelry. I highly recommend.
