Despite having never been to the brick and mortar store in Bellevue or Seattle, I purchased my engagement ring and subsequent gifts for my wife from Joseph Jewelers. They've always been incredibly helpful and responsive (which is a must for me if I can't physically be there to observe what I'm purchasing). My first ring I recieved from Joseph Jewelry was November 2019. My beautiful Ceylon Sapphire ring is gorgeous and sturdy. Joseph Jewelry gives the best quality out of any jeweler I've ever seen. I've never worried about stones falling out of my ring or the metal tarnishing. With Joseph Jewelry I'm 100 percent satisfied with their product. Their customer service is excellent!
