I bought a pair of earrings from the estate sale section of the website. I was a little hesitant to buy something like that online but it all went perfectly. The earrings are gorgeous and they arrived SO quickly and in lovely packaging! They are just what I was hoping for. I have a feeling I will be ordering from here again and again in the future!

I purchased a sapphire necklace for my wife (anniversary) on Oct 1 and paid for overnight delivery thinking it would arrive by 10/5. On 10/4 called for a tracking # Oh that will go out sometime this week So I cancelled the order. THe frustrating part of this experience was there was no apology, no offer to ship overnight (still had one day left) No this woman only wanted my Cc# to cancel this transaction and be done with me. attitude was don't care if you buy this or not. STAY AWAY especially if it's an important occasion.

Customer service is now horrible! You cannot go to the store and pick a piece of jewelry the same day! They don't care about local biz any longer just.com. Being doing biz with them for 30 years.no more stay away from these stuck up people

Our first visit to Cross Jewelers was such a pleasurable experience. My husband took me there to find an anniversary gift. We had a wonderful discussion with the owner about kayaking and he told us how he and his son were gem collectors. We saw an interesting video of him collecting tourmaline several miles up the coast of Maine. The salesman that waited on me was so thoughtful and helpful. I found a very special anniversary gift I will treasure forever. However we'll always remember the wonderful experience we had at this lovely jewelry store.
