I just wanted to say how impressed I was.as I went to your website and messaged some questions which got a reply from Mr. Ed in the Timonium location right away! And then we promptly connected at 10 AM over the phone, he found what I needed, got the items engraved and overnighted all in one day! Amazing customer service! I had ordered a Shinola Monster series watch from a different retailer two different times and each time it was an open box item. It did not come in the fancy packaging that was consistent with what the manufacturer sends. Ed new exactly what watch I was talking about (the Harbor Monster) and what type of packaging is included. He promised that all would be delivered, and he made good on it!
I got the beautiful watch along with the super heavy red metal container it comes in and the outside cardboard boxing. That is exactly how it was supposed to be. I'll definitely be back for more watches. Please support this great family-owned business!
