I'm concerned about an employee of Gabrielle Ferrar's by the name of Scharlie Carter and the manner in which she conducts herself online. I am bringing up this concern because she displays she works at your business on her public Facebook profile page. However, the foul language, aggressive rhetoric and the way she speaks to others online with such disrespect is highly inappropriate and not an image Gabrielle Ferrar would want to associate themselves with.
I have saved screen shots of her inappropriate interactions with other online patrons for proof. I will not be returning to this business and will continue to advocate for that as long as she is employed.

They were so knowledgeable and polite. My son took some of his grandmothers diamonds in to have an engagement ring designed for his fiance. They took special care in learning what his vision was for the ring. They designed the most gorgeous engagement ring for my son in just 2 weeks. I would highly reccomend them to anyone that is looking for something very personalized.

Went in for a watch band replacement. Had already purchased my own band and brought both the band and the watch to them. Was it the nicest watch in the world? No, but It was a dive watch so I wanted to take it to the "pros". The sales woman's suggestion? To buy a new watch. After the kind suggestion, they wound up being unable to swap the band out.
Maybe they know diamonds and other precious gems but they are lacking in the simplest of watch repair and basic customer service. Wouldn't recommend unless it's a last resort. And even then I wouldn't place a lot of faith in their services.

An amazing store. My wife and I dropped in just before the Thanksgiving holiday. They were a little busy but gave us great service. I think the figured out that we were just browsing but that did not change how happy they were to show us their custom jewelry. Very beautiful art work. Clearly they take care of their customers or soon to be customers. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and there was one piece of jewelry that gave me the wow feeling. I plan on returning soon to get it!

The first time I went in we got great service. Though when we recently went in to get my fiance's engagement ring setting lowered and cleaned they broke the diamond. When we dropped it off everything was fine little to no damage on the diamond yet when we went to pick it up we had to pay to receive our now damaged diamond back and now have to pay more money in order to get our diamond fixed that they broke in what should of been a somewhat routine task.
I personally wouldn't recommend them and their customer service after the little help, along with both my fiance and I being told that it had that large flaw in it when we came dropped it off. which I know it didn't.
